This is a great stretch for desk jobs. I work remotely so on our mini 10-15 min breaks I do this yoga every day. It’s really been helping sitting all day. ❤
Honestly shocked at how well this worked and how much it helped. My hamstrings and hips (really my whole lower half) has been so tight and in so much pain lately and I feel a thousand times better! Thanks :)

So I remembered about this practice, and even got my friend to do it with me (virtually)! So yeah, I feel so much better, just because I took 10 min to take care of myself

Woah, this was magical. I began working a desk job a few months ago and coming back to yoga, I couldn't do child's pose without feeling some pain on my hips. (Which was very very unusual for me, had never happened before). I feel so much better now after doing this practice. and it was just 10 minutes too!
Do you think you could post a series or episode for a 5/10 minute beginner/reintroduction to yoga? I tried doing one of your 15 minute sessions and although I’ve had experience from taking classes of hatha yoga for 30, 45 and an hour long sessions, I became very sore from your video, regrettably, because I love your content so much (the meditations are amazing, thank you.) Just fyi, I’m a man, ~220 pounds, I can touch my feet so I’m not stiff as a board but I couldn’t do the splits to save my life. And although that’s not really what I’m aiming for with these practices, I know I want to feel how you do at the end of your sessions again, it’s just been a while and I’ve been lost in a desert for some time now, but your content is like an oasis of well-being. Thanks for everything you do, stay awesome, and glory to Ukraine.

Always enjoy the challenge and release your videos provide, I am currently dealing with a strained hamstring that makes it super tight, and this sequence slowly eased it into feeling like it did pre-injury. Love to you two and your family, hope little one is thriving!

this worked so well! i'm a weight lifting beginner and my legs have been so sore and this made the pain go down by at least 80%!! great stuff
