Hello from the czech republic, I just want to thank you very much for those videos. I was a 21 y.o guy who couldn´t touch toes and was with hands almost 20 cm above the ground (or toes). My back hurted as I have spent a lot of time in the school and then I´ve found your channel and tried to train every morning and now it´s 3 months I subscribe you and I have never ever been more satisfied with the flexibility of my body and I also feel healthier, cleaner... I also like your accent that someone like me can easily understand you, THANK YOU

I added daily yoga to my routing about 6 months ago and it has completely transformed my life at age 57. I was and still am an avid hiker and backpacker but never realized how much damage I was doing to my body. Adding just 45 minutes of yoga at the end of a days hike allows me to sleep pain free and hike for a week straight with no recovery needed after. I will add some of these asisas to my routine. For a couple decades, every time I started to exercise, I'd get hip pain or at least discomfort that would lead to pain if I didn't stop the exercise. Your video on stretching the hip and inner thigh muscles has given me relief and I'm exercising with the confidence that I can stretch it out and relieve the pain and discomfort....Amazing! I'm an office worker, mostly home office so i spend a lot of time sitting. on the other hand i also lift heavy weights, go on hikes, running, swimming fairly often. This video helped released so much tension from my calves and my hamstrings. my lower back is so much better as well and my god, i sleep so much better since i do this every couple of days.

My back is very sore so I slowly worked through this one to stretch it out and it helped thank you for all your great videos.
Great class! I especially liked the half split with inward sickle of the toes and the spinal decompression near the end of class.
I do this stretch after my long runs. Its perfect for injury prevention!
