I injured my back exactly one month ago. As a street performer and self-employed artist, it was fairly unsettling to hear it would take 6-8 months to heal. I found this video today and just promised myself to go through this practise every morning to give my body the energy to heal. Thank you so much for sharing this, it gave me hope!
I injured my low back a few months ago and had to stop doing yoga. I found this video about 4 weeks ago, and have done it almost daily since. It has truly helped me to find pain relief. I have motion back in my low back and hips. I can bend over again. I can cross my legs. My favorite part is the end with the pressure on the legs to release the lower part of the body. I do that even if I don't do a yoga class! So glad I found this. Thank you!

I have chronic sciatica pain and it's probably the worst it's ever been today. I knew I needed to practice yoga today, I've been neglecting my practice the past week even though I've been practicing for 7 years now, today really shared the reminder and importance of my daily practice. This yoga flow helped a lot even though I could barely do it in the beginning without yelling out in pain, I iced my back which lowered the inflammation. Your voice is so soothing it really helped guide me through it. I can usually do an upper ward facing dog no problem and today I could barely even arch into a cow ugh.
i love this session man, i’ve done it multiple times and it always feels so good. just instant relief and tingles all over like waking up from a good nap

I used to go to the medicine cabinet every time I was in any sort of pain, back, head, any pain but since I’ve been working out, I go to the mat. And wow, this is just amazing, I feel so good after this video, it literally let my back and lower back and hips just release. Thank you Mark.

My lower back felt a bit funny yesterday and since then ive been sore hurting, nothing major but just enough to make life a little complicated, specially with a toddler. I ALWAYS refer to you guy's for any practice specially the yin ones. First time doing this one and I normally go for J as a standard but I was so shocked when i finished it at how the pain just went... specially that last pressure relief pose... wowza. Ive been going through a lot of stress recently so know that also contributes but just wanted to say once again, you guys... *sigh* .. absolute heroes. Thank you so much

I am 55 years old and I have a lot of pain in my left rotator cuff.. The transition from child pose to cobra was difficult, but I let myself go and it was perfect! The pain goes by. Thank You Mark! 🤍🌀🙏🏻
Have you ever tried daily hanging? Like from a pull up bar? I used to have a lot shoulder pain (old rotator cuff tear on one side and separated collarbone on the other from a crash) and hanging has really helped.... daily for many years

I think I lifted something from the boot of the car - hip problems for a long time probably due to imbalances re false knee on other side. Very difficult re stiffness with the movements but went back in and the relief! I always come to this site when i am stuck!

Have 2 bulged discs in the lumbar region for the last 5 months. Finally feel good to do yoga now after PT for the last 2 months. Hoping this will help!
