I’m only 20 and have had back pain since about 16 (it’s hereditary). I’m also a hard worker and often spend 12+ hours on my feet. ever since I started your classes, I haven’t felt any back pain. That’s 3 years! I’ll occasionally get little pains here and there if I exhaust it too much but other than that, nearly non-existent. Thank you so, so much for such amazing, helpful content

Thank you for making these wonderful classes! I really love how you always emphasize to tune in more to our own bodily sensations and adjust the practice and poses accordingly. To anyone struggling with back injuries/tension or any other mobility issue, I know it can feel so debilitating and frustrating but you got this, keep taking good care of yourself! ^^
I just want to mention that it depends on what's causing your pain. I was doing Boho Beautiful videos every other day through lower back pain and had no idea that I had an injury. It turns out I had a herniated disc and yoga was actually making it worse. Just a heads up for those of you who have consistent pain!
Also want to mention, having multiple herniated discs myself, that it also depends on what direction the disc is herniated (in or out). Depending on the direction, forward or back bends will actually help push the disc back towards where it needs to go. A good physical therapist can help you determine the posistion your disc is protruding from and offer exercises and the best yoga posistions that are right for you individually. It's awesome that you brought this up because too often exercises and yoga sets for back pain are not one size fits all and can lead to more damage. But with the right knowledge, yoga can greatly benefit those of us with herniated discs. Doing yoga alone I've gone from bed ridden to super woman most days with a plan in place specific to my disc damage. Yoga has been truly life saving. Just PLEASE make sure you speak to a highly educated exercise or physical therapist to create an individualized plan before poping on a random youtube video. Boho Beautiful is an incredible instructor, but she's not your doctor ;)
I woke up this morning feeling lower back pain, probably from pushing myself too hard in yesterday's work out. After doing a gentle yoga and then this with you, my back pain is gone. I can't get enough of your videos. Thanks.
Your channel is by far the best in yoga that I’ve have seen. It works for me. You are both beautiful people. I’ve practised yoga off and in for many years. I have had my right hip replaced 4 times . You have really helped so much with mobility and aiding me in my ability to weight lift and keep active even when it’s too uncomfortable.

Very cool vid. As you get older back pain is very brutal. I've used a simple mix of magnesium + ACV to help relax and break up stiff crystalized back tendons before stretching but right away people have a better solution and make it complex once again with less results.....
Oh wow, this entire class helped release so much pain and tension in my lower back, especially the self-decompression. I am totally adding this to my back pain relief routine! Thank you!
My little cockatiel loves yoga, because parrots are their magic little selves , besides breaking yoga mats into tiny pieces I often imagine when they are in contact with humans during a release that they are able to experience it too, my boys will stay on me and just hold on for dear life and they really are able to stick it out. My conure just got his nails trimmed so he’s off yoga for now, besides the shredding of the Matt, and he sings along to the high vibe frequencies , not all but I think the really high vibrations he really was vocal during this video so thank you for sneaking those in

I've had a few bad falls including a bad bike crash which has left my neck and shoulders tight and painful. This class actually helped quite a bit with my neck, particularly the last pose. Thank you.
