      have total knee replacement and would like to exercise my back as i did before… would there be any adjusted position for people with my condition ? my ROM knee is 110 degree but the twisting is impossible, thank you 🙏

    Helicopter crash in Afghanistan 8 years ago put me on my yoga journey. Self taught I now teach yoga to service men and women in my unit. But I always come back to this channel to keep my foundation for the practice. Please please don’t stop.

      It happened to me 4 years ago, suffering from back pain for more than 7 months, and this practice made it through only after 3 days!
      Today, I came back for it again to deal with a nervous sciatica pain, and I'm sure I'll thank the beautiful soul of Juliana more than ever in some hours ❤❤❤

    I could almost not sleep tonight because of the pain and this morning, still exausted and pretty frustrated, I get out of bed and choose to come to my mat. To find some space, to find some release without having big expectations it would be enough.
    I am feeling SO much better, the pain have calm itself and I was impressed how effective it was. Thank you so much Julianna. You improved my life so many times already and again, this morning ❤

    Thanks so much for creating this video. I am a 54 yo surfer and have had back pain for many years exacerbated by a snowboarding accident. I recommend this video to all my surfing friends as I truly believe it helps me heal my pain and improve my lower body flexibility and strength. Surfing requires every part of your body to be flexible and strong and if your back and hips are stiff you really struggle to surf properly. I also love the meditative aspect of the routine. Like surfing it ticks all my boxes. It’s exercise, fun and a little meditative so good for your body and mind.

      This happened to be too, when I did pigeon pose! I have done yoga on and off for years, but I have never had a relise like this or an experience like that, ever in my life!
      For years I have been trying to find this video, I never realised I had mild sciatica, even health professionals didn't pick up on it years ago!
      I never have subscribled to a channel, but I will have to! due to this was the most powerful experience of my life! Thank you!

    Just wanted to say as a dancer I've struggled with lower back pain for years and never got proper exercises or advice for how to help heal it and from doing this yoga session once, I can already feel the changes when doing poses like shavasana, thank you so much! this practice is wonderful and will always be coming back to this video to continue healing :)

    You know ???I am a great follower of julianna..I practise every day without feeling bored...it is like my body waits for this hour of the whole day...I am getting more toned and slimmer...yoga gives me peace ...follow programs you prefer without pressing yourself and you will see amazing results ....

      @@alexandredelbois4157 after I have lost so many kilos with interval cardio ,I got fed up and I did't want more ...so I searched how i can train my body and I decided to follow that channel..in the beggining I felt I could't but I kept on and my mind has already changed...great for those who don't want to spent more time on training and have results ...toned and slim body ..helps you to focus on your target by keeping you calm...go for it...don't even think about it...!!!!

    I used to stop working out my body completely when I used to feel heavy emotion. Thank you for explaining that it is a release of emotion and that it was stored in my body. Personally I feel like it was the right time for those emotions to pass and no longer served me. Your videos have made a difference in such a short period of time, I am on day four of yoga and meditation and already feel much better mentally, physically and spiritually.     Ive tried other yoga tutorials on youtube couldnt get into it until i came across boho beautiful. I am completely hooked the way she explains and guides through the practice is perfect, especially since i have no prior yoga experience. She makes this easy, and my body craves it.     I have been injured very many times. When I was 12 I fractured my L5. I've had back pain for 24 years. I have always been super active and just lived with the pain. Two days ago I twisted funny and my lower back was just awful. I did this practice yesterday. Starting, I was very stiff. At the end, the difference was amazing. I had much more range of motion, and today there is hardly any pain at all. Thank you, Juliana and Mark!

    I cannot thank you enough for this peaceful and healing flow. I am recovering from a difficult episode of low back pain and I have been missing the mat terribly. This flow was just the right amount of postures with an infusion of deep breathing holds to feel some much needed restoration and emotional release in my body.     Before this practice, I would wake up every morning and my first steps would be hobble-wobbles because my left hip joint hurt so badly. After doing this just one time, the next morning I could walk NORMALLY and balanced because the pain was gone. THANK YOU!!!!! 🙏🏼

    I hurt my back a couple of days ago. Yesterday I could barely stand up straight and I hurt all day. I tried ibuprofen, excerdrin, Ice, heat, pain cream, essential oils, Lidocaine patch and a muscle relaxer all with no relief. This morning I watched and did this yoga practice, praying it would give me some relief and It DID, it helped.. tremendously! I am 90% better! Thank you!

    I had a car accident 10 years ago and i ended up with bad whiplash and since then my back and leg muscles have never been right and ive suffered with back pain but this yoga practice has helped me heal my back and I've only been doing it daily for a few months.     I have been searching for mental stability after my mental breakdown. I needed something mild and tone building, with positivity and breathing techniques.     Hi Juliana, I've been following your practice for a few months and I really appreciate everything about your work. You have wonderful healing energy and I don't know why (maybe I know...) especially when doing this practice, I end up often crying....I was hit by a car a few years ago and I am still recovering from the injury. I think I buried some emotions not fully letting go and those emotions come back and released when practicing this movement.
    Every time I cry, I feel better and I tell myself that I am safe and I am okay. Thank you and love you!

    Finding Boho Beautiful Yoga and Pillates has saved me, I sit a lot during the day. To stretch and breath helps unlock the pain in my joints. I love their meditation , I start my day with 10 minutes in the morning, mid day and at night before I go to sleep. God Bless them for creating such a wonderful program.

    Juiliana; I must have done this video at least a half a dozen times before. Today was the day the emotions were released in pigeon pose and my goodness, out of nowhere, completely unexpectedly, I am having a gentle little sob on my mat. I feel better after the experience and want to thank you for showing me the true potential of emotional release through postures in the lower body... it truly is a way to release negative energy and cleanse yourself.     I wanted thank the trainer from the bottom of my heart. I have been suffering from scatica on the right side for almost 6 to 7 months. In the recent past it has become so intense that its directly impacting my everyday life. Being a mom of 2 nearing 40, I had no choice but to face this problem without any more procrastination. Just one day of doing this and almost 90 percent relief is almost magical. Thanks a billion. More strength to you.❤

    I had a sciatica pain and followed the video for 5 months and i gained actually pretty good mobility with no sign of sciatica but it has been 2 years since then. And now I’m here again

    Morning from Devon in the UK, thank you for this workout - having been a sciatica sufferer for the past 17 years (due to pregnancy), my recent yoga journey has been the only thing that has made a huge improvement to symptoms. Just wish I'd discovered the power of stretching and the importance of core strength years ago... and my advice to anyone who's pregnant is to make time for yoga every day.     @Boho Beautiful Thank you for your videos especially this one. I’ve been a fan & subscriber of your videos for several years, I searched your channel first for sciatic nerve yoga stretches. 2 days ago my sciatic nerve flared up suddenly and hadn’t gone away. Been taking ibuprofen, and walking a little. I came across this video, it’s helping to release the pain gradually. During yoga stretches I had multiple emotional releases and shed tears. You’re right that stress can be bottled up and by deep breathing & stretching, focusing on letting go is very comforting & I feel much better now. After doing this class a few more times I feel I’ll be back to my self again. Thank you & namaste.

    I’ve been following your videos for a few years and this is by far my favorite. I used to do advanced yoga and then a couple years ago I was hit by a car and I let my body just deteriorate after that. I was so frustrated and angry with it. I’ve been in physical therapy the last few months and finally felt motivated to try yoga again in recent weeks. I can remember how much I love and appreciate my body already and feel it healing with every session. This one was amazing for my back and hips and I’ll definitely revisit it often. Thank you so much 💪🏻💞

    I had a back injury a few weeks ago, i couldn't even bend my back nor was i able to sleep well because of the pain. This and some other videos of yours helped me so much! Thanks to you i'm on my way to full recovery. Nothing beats daily exercise.

    I just had a really bad sciatic nerve injury and I had been looking at different yoga routine videos for tension/nerve pain and happened upon yours and I had to comment to let you know how absolutely amazing this routine is! I love how you have incorporated mindfulness into healing your body, you really make this routine so soothing and relaxing as well. Thank you so much for making this video.     I do your yoga vids most days and recently got hit hard with really acute back pain and a numb leg. I always wondered what you meant about emotional release in some of your practices until today. I burst into tears as I felt my body realise finally after days of tense pain, it just flooded out of me! Thanks so much for this video, it’s truly helping me overcome my injury that I thought was not possible 🌱

    I would be honest that I have progressed so much since I started doing your practices. I became more flexible and began to actually listen to my body. It is amazing what dedication and patience can do. Thank you. Your classes not only gave me my inner peace, but also thought me to me listen to myself and let go.
