By doing these back pain relief stretches and strengthening exercises for back pain and discomfort, we will slowly bring more blood flow and oxygen into the joints and muscle tissues.
Remember to go slow and listen to your body. I’ve been doing your yoga for a year and the other night I did someone else’s yoga sequence (a sacral chakra kundalini sequence) and I pinched something was in so much pain I would cry getting up and getting down (I just turned 28) had way more relief after these 20 minutes than I have in 2 chiropractor sessions and $150 later. For three days i had a lower back pain. Today i did first yoga for lower back pain by Adrienne and later this exercises by Boho Beautiful Yoga and I feel soooooo much better. Now I can move. There is something just little bit pain in my back but it doesn’t hinder me from doing what i was planing to do today. Thank you a lot ❤️
Although I have always loved your morning meditations, I have never dared do your yoga routines as I always thought they looked far too advanced for me. What a synchronicity! I’m lying in bed right now watching this while having a back injury, a bulging disc.. a tremendous pain! Even though I’m familiar with these exercises, I really needed this. The funny, or not so funny thing is that it started while I was doing a cardio video from the “Transform” series... (though it wasn’t the first time I did it)
