Last night I woke up in the middle of the night and couldn’t go back to sleep...I started to think and repeat your affirmations (the ones I could remember) and I fell back to sleep quickly! I love that you’ve added the affirmations in this challenge, we all need some positive self talk! Namaste
Just as you started repeating the affirmation for the final time, while we had our right leg in the strap, I felt into a centered vibrating energy running down through my leg and relaxed deeper into it. I realized there had been resistance feeling it as “tightness” or pain, but as I surrendered, it transformed into energetic life force that I felt fully and openly. And then yes, you said “Life supports me in every way”. ❤️ We’re vibrating with loving energy at all times. It just takes a moment to tune in. Thank you!
I started doing Kassandra's 5 Min Morning Yoga TO FEEL YOUR BEST routine several weeks ago and got totally hooked! It was becoming the very first thing I did when I got out of bed. 5 mins/day was all I could commit to after a very long break from doing exercise, whilst juggling an extremely busy/stressful job and family routine. I knew if I decided to exercise at least 30 mins per day it would quickly turn into many missed days. There’s no excuse for not being able to find 5 mins. To me, focusing on the consistency of practice was the most important thing. After about a week of doing the 5 min yoga routine, I discovered the 30 Day, 10 min Yoga Challenge and signed up straight away. Today was my twenty-third day and I am loving it so much! I am looking forward to all my morning practices now. And since about the 15th day, I do both the original 5 min routine as well as the 10min one. I’m in love with yoga again and starting to feel like my old self again. So happy! I love Kassandra's tone of voice, speed of delivery, her positive affirmations, her style. She is just perfect! She is such a professional. It was as though her RUclips videos fell from heaven just when I needed them! This was lovely. I was experiencing some sciatic pain yesterday, and despite doing some hip openers here and there and including some relaxing herbal remedies, I was still hurting when I woke up. I have a feeling I'm going to move through the day with a lot more ease after doing these stretches. It's amazing how effective these condensed classes can be! Thanks for all that you do, Kassandra! I don't remember when I first discovered Yoga with Kassandra but it was the 10 min morning yoga movement series that I started with. Just wanted you to know that I return to these sessions whenever I want to stretch out my legs, or my arms and shoulders, or if I'm just looking for a quick stretch session.

This was especially helpful after having had a terrible calf cramp in the middle of the night! THank you, Kassandra! I am an artist who spends many hours in front of an easel. I've tried some of your "stretch after work" videos at the end of the day, which are helpful. Would you consider making a 15 or 20 minute video for "after work, standing in weird positions all day"? I often have lower back pain on one side (I tend pivot on one leg while painting, and have my palette table to the other side. I try to switch it around and take breaks, but once I get into the painting often forget.), and my legs get pretty tired. Of course, I'm in my early 60s so that is a factor, too! :))
Excellent stretches. I get so tight in my legs I can’t walk without pain. This is a good all round stretch if you have tightness anywhere from your ITs to achilles . Strongly recommend.

And actually I have been doing yoga with you every morning since mid December and I love it, I feel stronger and have less back pains. If you are planning to film more of these 10 minute sessions and thinking of what to incorporate I would like to request more hip flexor moves, mine are quite tight and it would be very helpful to learn some good poses for loosening them up. Thank you Kassandra, you have changed my life.
I started doing this challenge to feel good, to feel healthy in my body, but lo and behold! I've started gaining muscles and my abs have toned significantly! It's only been 23 days!! I love this challenge so much and I'm definitely repeating it from day 1 once I finish! #goodmorning
I was halfway through this series (for the umpteenth time) when I came down with a stomach bug which put me out of action for 10 days. Finally back today with Day 22 and Day 23 and I feel excellent. And there is still the new series to look forward to. Namaste 🙏
