Adriene! I just came across this Women's Health article titled, "The 15 Best Yoga Videos On RUclips Have 90 Million Views Between Them" and FOUR of your videos are listed! Congrats! www.womenshealthmag.com/fitness/g29264172/best-yoga-videos/
I am in psychiatric hospital at this moment, recovering from manic depression. Yoga with Adriene is part of my way out of this mental situation and it helps me to stay strong and becoming healthy again. So Adriene many thanks for your support by this videos. Lots of love from Belgium!!!
Who's here as part of the BRIDGE playlist? I have done this session numerous times and every time I find something new. Excited to do this tomorrow morning. Namaste to all you beautiful souls.
Same. I love this practice, and I did it tonight because I had the time. It felt so so good. I’m definitely feeling the changes from this daily practice! Namaste. 💖
I am here as part of Bridge. What I am loving is the offering of practices that I probably would not choose, so am learning a lot more. Thank you, as usual, Adriene, and this community. Namaste 🙏
Every YWA video has so many comments I can’t imagine who might actually happen to read this one; I’ve never commented before but this practice spurred me to write. I’ve done yoga for many years on and off, and been a near-daily YWA practitioner since COVID began in 2020, surfing through her remarkably prolific offerings with no apparent plan, but writing down the name of every video I tried. My lists tell me that I first tried this one in mid-2020, and I remember I just couldn’t get my bod to stop cramping in the last poses. This morning I revisited it like it was a new gift, and fully immersed in every opportunity she provides here for total body awareness. My mind allowed my leg to move from the hip in a way I didn’t think I could - that’s what you get for thinking! What I’m wagging on and on here for is, basically, if you’re just starting, keep going. And if you find a hitch along the way, definitely keep going so later you can say Wow! I get it! Grateful for the myriad and unfolding gifts of Yoga With Adriene.
Thanks for the encouragement 🎉. Reading this in Santa Barbara,California 6/14/2024 These yoga classes have changed my health and flexibility. I’ll keep going…
When she said at the end I’m practicing with buddies, I welled up. I’ve been so unbelievably alone- living by myself in a pandemic with no real friends has been very hard. You make me feel a little more at peace every single day Adriene. Cheers to my 6th month on this journey with you and whoever else I practiced with. Namaste
as someone looking to moveout in the next few months that is my deepest fear. I hope you found the community and love you've been looking for so you always feel connected. and for me that's through God but I support whatever path you're on. May peace be with you and Namaste!
I'm a server and stand up to 8 hours daily. Even though I'm young and strong, standing for many hours puts my legs in deep pain. Today I wanted to release some tension; this practice was like a warm hug for my soul. Also with Adriene's sense of humor, I smiled many times during the practice. Thanks for shining your light with us Adriene. I love you!
I legit can't put my feelings into words anymore. Each video turns out to be exactly what my mind and body are screaming for time after time, over and over and over again. I've been diagnosed with chronic tightness of all parts of the body as a result of my cerebral palsy but my back and hamstrings are usually the tightest areas I try to stretch out every morning. There's something larger than life in this sense of awareness in this community and that's what makes me love it so much. We all pretty much feel and understand each other without saying a word through our practice together. I am forever grateful to have found this community and to have experienced this sense of awareness with everyone practicing. Thank you, Adriene for the love that never withers. Keep going, everyone. You got this. Much love. Namaste.
It is inspiring to read about courageous people like you. Totally puts things into perspective. Hope you feel a little more loose today. I certainly am!
I am coming up on 6 months sober and Adrienne has been a vital part of my everyday routine since I was in my rehab center. Direct correlation between staying sober and Yoga With Adrienne? Does Benji actually have healing properties? Who's to say. But in all honesty these videos have been a life saver and I'm incredibly grateful for her and all of you as well. If no one has told you they love you today, I love you!
After this year's 30 days of yoga practice 'BREATH' i'm here with 5th day of FEB calender! i wish to implement a habit of coming to the mat daily for myself. Namaste!
Same! I also did Breath this January and am enjoying Bridge. I think everything under 30 minutes feels doable for me and keeps me coming back for more. Namaste x
These stretches are all quite difficult for me, especially the poses on the sides. I was greeted by a comment from myself a year ago in which I expressed great frustration and a lack of enjoyment of this practice. It's good to know that I have improved in my ability to activate my core muscles and to support my back, but I am also grateful for the opportunity to be more open and move with more ease of mind. Feeling wobbly, rolling around when I was not intending to roll around, led to laughter and smiles rather than tears and frustration. I am grateful to be here! I am grateful for love. Look with love rather than fear ♥
It's uncanny how serendipitous these yoga sessions have been. My back was crying today. Now I feel long and released. Special hello to all the fellow Breath yogis. XX
When she had us hug our legs to our chest, Adriene and I said at the same time, "yeah baby!" 😂 that was great haha. I've been learning to drive (overcoming my fear in my mid-twenties), and it's made me feel really uneven because I'm using my right leg a ton and not my left leg at all! Yoga is so so needed during this time, for stretching me out and for relaxing my soul in a stressful (but exciting!) time. Thank you!
Ah, this is so encouraging! I'm hoping to overcome my driving fear soon (also in my mid-twenties), so will definitely keep in mind to use yoga as an aid in balancing the body and mind. Also, well done for persevering! Sending you love and strength ☺💕
@@heather1628 wow, I didn't expect that mentioning that detail would attract someone else who's going through the same thing. Thank you for sharing 💞 it's always nice to know you aren't alone in something! You've got this! We've got this! 💪🏻🥰
I am recovering from 2 years of chemo and immunotherapy. Yoga with Adriene has not only helped build my strength, stamina and reduced my anxiety, but she also makes me smile and builds greater inner peace. Thank you for helping me heal
This channel has become a daily part of my life. For 20 to 50 minutes I can step away from all of the things that are a constant source of pain and anxiety for me and just be present in the moment of yoga. Thank you Adriene for this.
Salute day 12 🎉thank you, Adriene, fir this practice, it is perfect for coming up to the end of the week, it was relaxing, but also still feel like I've done a workout, I loved it. 💖🧘🏼♀️🙏🏻
Hey from Dorset, UK to all fellow Bridgers and anyone who’s just dropped in to give their back and hamstrings some love 💚 There’s a blue sky here and the clouds are edged with gold as the sun comes up. I feel like my lower spine has just been filled with the same kind of sunshine after this practice. 🌅
@@gillsmith6740 Hello! 🤗 I hope all’s well over there in the east of England. I’ve been practising with Adriene since 2016 and never imagined how much of a godsend this community would be. I don’t know how I would have survived these times of isolation and uncertainty without yoga in my life!
Mark, I discovered Adriene in2016 too and practiced every day since. Adriene has kept me sane and fit. Here in Norfolk damp and overcast, predicted snow Sunday/ Monday 🌨❄️⛄️! Ooh, and vaccinations on Monday 😃👍 see you tomorrow on the mat 🧘🏼♀️🧘🏻♂️🙏
I love doing yoga with you Adriene. 💛 you have helped me so much, and I am so grateful for that, and for you. I am going through some stuff at the moment, things in my life I need to work out. Doing yoga with you daily really helps, and I love spending that time with you, and with my true self. ❤ see you again tomorrow, Namaste. 🙏 🧡🐢❤
I am just starting yoga and I love it dearly. I am very overweight so Adriene's habit of giving other ways to do things is so wonderful. It makes me feel like I actually have a chance at getting good at this.
66 yrs old man with some lower back pain. My niece said that I should do some yoga. Found this video and I was able to do most of it. I'm going to try to do it again tomorrow.
The best thing that has happened to me during the COVID quarantine is that I discovered Adrienne's website and got into yoga routine. Thank you, Adriene!
Same for me. When I couldn't go to the gym or see my massage therapist, and I had all kinds of back pain from sitting and working remotely, this was a lifesaver!
Hi everybody! I just wanted to say that I'm very glad to be back! Being a singer and a song teacher, coming through this Corona winter of lockdowns and financial crisis is hard and by and by I lost the motivation to do just about anything and started to let myself slip. But now I've started eating well and taking care of myself again and coming back to Yoga with Adriene today gave me such a lovely feeling that I haven't had for a while now. Thank you!
Adriene, you are really saving my life right now. I am a registered nurse and have provided direct care to covid patients. So when I am not at work I am quarantined. One of the hardest parts of that is not being able to see my chiropractor or airrosti doctor to care for myself when I need it and I have needed it very much in the last few weeks. I hurt myself a little maneuvering a patient and I have relied heavily upon your guidance through this time. I did this video along with a couple of others and I feel like a NEW woman! Thank you so much for what you do for the world. You are saving my life right now.
I'm loving this! I have always kept in shape, but when the gym closed with Covid I got out of practice. Since I sit behind a desk to work, I have gotten so stiff! This is helping!
This healing practice kept me coming back for more, and so today, I'm a part of the Adriene yoga family. Trust the process it works Trust Adriene 💯 our health is very important. I lift my hat off to you, Adriene. Blessings always 🙏 Namaste ❤❤❤✨️ .
Adriene, today is my birthday. This morning I woke up with several texts, messages, and phone calls coming in... I felt the love and I also felt overwhelmed, I told my dad when he called and asked how I was doing "I'm overwhelmed and I just want to get to my yoga mat" So I did. And this practice, the centering, the breath has helped me rebalance my energies and start my 29th solar cycle with gratitude. Thank you
I DID the low back and hamstrings today for the first time in 2 years. My attempts then were a dismal failure, too much pain in my hips to pull it off. Today it DID IT; the hip pain was gone, my leg waving is half of what it can be, but I’m thrilled with the progress. The take away is just keep at it, the stronger you get the easier it becomes. Thanks Adriene for being there, you can change our lives!! Love you. Brenda
My 1st time with Adrienne and what I love most (besides the awesome stretches and connection) is her calming voice and radiance of self confidence. And I love Bengi in and out of the work out.
I'm feeling isolated with the Covid-19 lockdown, so you blew me away at the end Adrienne when you reminded me that I am not alone. Thank you for your presence and loving help at this time. It's the best. Much love, Caroline xxx ( Inverness, Scotland).
Adriene, you are making self-isolation so much more bearable. This practice released a demon from my right hip and I can't believe how good it feels. Thank you!
This is my first time commenting per the encouragement at the end of the video. Thanks so much, YWA, for the gentleness you bring to every video. I've been doing back and body rehab for the past year and a half after two back-to-back car accidents. It showed me my body wasn't as strong and resilient as I once thought. Now, I'm finding myself frustrated with my lack of motivation to get back into building my strength and mobility outside of rehab sessions. Today's YWA practice reminded me to be gentle with myself and build awareness and gratitude around the things my body CAN do! Now, I'm "dropping my guard" to look forward to healing my body through gentle, patient movements and finding what feels good!! THANKS FOR SHARING YOUR GIFTS WITH US!
So grateful to be here. A difficult year recover from repeated pneumothorax’s. Hospitals and two major lung surgeries. I’ve been out of the loop for some time. But I am back and you are a great help. I am a certified yoga teacher but even with that it was difficult to get myself to the mat. These slow deep mat classes are my favorite. Hiking to expand my lungs. I am 64 years young and getting my mojo back.😍
I had a spontaneous pneumothorax when I was 16. Remembering my painful ordeal at 40 years old now, I couldn't imagine trying to recover from that at 64. Was the worst pain I've ever felt in my life! Stay strong & motivated! Wishing you the best! 💚🧘♀️
I nearly cry everytime i finish a session. Like, this whole "hands to the heart, and we will finish by saying soflty "namaste"" always brings so much emotions to me... like all the session is all about saying thank you and working through those poses to let go of everything in this final moment
When I started yoga 20 yrs ago I could not get through a session without crying........the body has a wonderful way of releasing what is no longer needed. Enjoy your cleansing tears that is progress through yoga.Peace and Love
This video helped me so much with my menstrual cramps. My periods can be really brutal both in terms of pain and my emotional state. Your videos are so healing and tender. This morning I laid on my kitchen floor with one leg in the air and cried like a baby, but I really needed it. I actually feel like I can face my day now. Your videos have been helping me in this way for years - I hope you know that.
Yesterday, I went with legs up the wall as my left hamstring had been tight since a 15k walk Sunday. Plus I had little sleep and was about to teach first grade. Today, I came back to the calendar. I forgot I had even done this...three times at least. Salute. September 12. 1439 days.
Did this on day 118 of COVID quarantine, started crying when you talked about all the "buddies" we have through doing this practice! Thank you for the feeling of connection and love!
I cried tears of love after this video. As a middle-aged male working through some hard times in life right now, this video helped connect me with myself, and the practice was restorative and easy to follow. As I heal, I am indebted to you for your sharing this with me. Thank you, Adrienne.
Welcome to day five fellow BRIDGERS 😊 this practice is really giving me something to look forward to everyday. I wish you all well in your practice 🙏 namaste
I was in a car accident a few years ago, completely split my l3 vertebrae in half. Yoga with you is one of the few natural things that is able to manage my pain, and the affirmations are humbling to say the least. Thank you so much Adriene.
Near the end of this practice I found myself starting to tear up. As Adriene said “life is good” I felt the corners of my mouth turn up and suddenly I felt a genuine smile. I’ve done basic yoga for many years to help condition my body for other sports and keep me feeling loose, but the more complicated yoga shapes were never something I thought I could do. Those laid down stretches were quite difficult, and I felt this small pit of fear that I wouldn’t be able to do it, or I would hurt myself, or we would go too quickly and I wouldn’t understand. But Adriene lead the positions so gently and slowly and kindly that I was able to keep up. I was able to connect in to myself in a way that I’ve never experience in yoga. Sitting there in our end position I felt my shoulder pull down and open more than I’ve ever felt and I genuinely felt so proud of myself. I did that!! I did those hard yoga poses, definitely modified, but I felt them! I benefited from that work, and I felt connected. I just wanted to say thank you so much Adriene, for you kindness and patience in teaching. By namaste I had tears running down my cheek and felt this great sense of relief and pride. Thank you thank you thank you!!
I did yoga for gratitude before this video, which helped me to tune in and made me realize how grateful I am for this community and to be exposed to some new poses. This yoga session left me feeling good. The coming week will be a bit hectic, so I am planning to dedicate more time for yoga and thus take care of myself. It brings out the best in me, and sometimes gently nudges me to look at the scary things as well. Yoga has transformed me and my way of living. Along with Buddhist teaching, I feel prepared to help and support others, and to spread my love. ❤️ thank you so much for being an amazing mentor! Have a good day!
I was struggling with my lower back today. Wow! What a difference i felt after this session!!! I've actually tried different yoga videos and none compare to yours! They are easy to follow and i am so thankful for the modifications you provide! Just a side note I am 270 lbs and yoga is now my choice of exercises! Thanks!!!!!
Slipped off the yoga trail for several months, put on weight not helped by menopause and ached all over. Started again this morning with this workout. Was dreading the effort but loved it. Hopefully I can start my day off with yoga tomorrow. Thank you Adriene x
I've been away from yoga for a while. Health and depression stopped me doing a lot of things. Trying to claw back and grow again also lose the weight I gained on my downward spiral the stairs are steep going back up but reaching out for a yoga session today made me realise how much I love yoga with Adrienne. Super comforting friendly voice to come back to like meeting an old friend. Even though I have MS I give them all a go to as much of my ability and always come away smiling and feeling peaceful something of which I really need. So thank you 😌
Adriene, I have been doing your videos for about 2 weeks now. i took a break for a few days and then did this video. I was surprised and impressed with myself how far ive come in a short amount of time. i was able to do just about every shape in the video. the thigh bone/socket imagery helped me immensely. I am a 33 year old man that is doing this yoga because i weigh 400lbs. trying to get flexibility and lose weight. if i can do this and get such muscle relief and progress anyone can. stick with it people!
Have been feeling a bit stuck in past sadnesses even though my head tells me to live in the moment. I needed this today to shake me back into the present and ground me in the good fortune I have, so precious and something to be thankful for. Thank you Adrienne and the whole YWA community x
Thank goodness for Adriene! Strained my back a few weeks ago...this video is the absolutely best thing I could be doing to get better. Thanks so much for posting this. I wish I hadn't done what I did..but so happy you are here to help!
Needed to give my back some loving care today. Yesterday was my first day of the season on my bike. Today my back is saying ‘hello, remember me?’. I too welled up when Adriene said ‘just in case you need a buddy’. It is a gift knowing there are so many of us out there, on the path together. Grateful for this daily practice with this community. Namaste 🙏🏻
Thank you, Adriene. I am 64 years old and have NEVER done yoga a day in my life. Safe to say I am ready to start now. I have done your routine twice now and look forward to more. I love the fact you have a simple plan for beginners and old-timers like me, thank you again. Ron
I suffer from chronic pain, and your videos allow me to find joy in movement and extend compassion to myself when things don't come as easily as I would like them to. Thank you for all that you do!
Rainy Sunday ahead and new video from you. I’m inspired to sleep well, wake up, clean my apartment and then get on the mat and fully engage with you, Adriene. Thank you for the love you put on in this world. It makes a real difference in the lives of so many.
This was my first yoga with Adriene. My girlfriend sent this to me because I’ve been having really bad lower back pain from sitting and studying so long during finals week. She sent this to me on my day off to just reset and be productive during the madness. Thank you! Namaste ❤️
I have been practicing yoga for about 15 years, sometimes alone & sometimes in a class. It’s all good. I tell people yoga saved my life, and it’s true. It makes me feel so good. Yoga + 7 years now sober + regular meditation has done wonders. I even introduced my mom (91) to yoga & she’s killin’ it twice a week! Thank you, Adriene for your videos, they’re great. 😎
Thank you Adriene. My daughter in Toronto and I in London England both do your wonderful yoga classes at the same time in different time zones. You have kept us going through the lockdowns. We just love your classes. Thank you for more than just yoga - for bringing us all together and helping us to find calm and kindness in these turbulent times Kate and Olivia Kassam
Hey y’all, I’m here to continue a daily BRIDGE practice after breath 30 days! This was so restorative...loved it. Glad to have all of you with me for the ride!
Adriene! Your voice is so calming and I love your prompts to help me be in the correct position. Thank you for teaching yoga so beautifully! I am grateful….
Oh my gosh, my heart melted when she said she's our buddy. Adriene, I hope you feel the love, because you are always so caring and kind with all of us in the FWFG community. We love you!
Day 12 of Salute 🍁 I am playing catch up as I was away for a few days and did not have internet nor did I download these video before my trip! 😂 I have missed these daily practices and now, I am playing catch up! ❤
I woke up today and I felt a little off. I climbed on my mat and told myself "Adriene is always saying to pay attention" so I did. I asked myself "what do you need today?" and I found myself here. It was an amazing moment & I feel really really good right now. Thank you! I plan to pay more attention to myself
Salute, Septemter 12, 2024. Today's practice is a new one for me. It could have been a part of the YWA mid June - August months I had to miss, but still new for today. Also new is the sleeping Vishnu pose. Though in messing around with random stretching, it's not a new stretch. But as a yoga pose, it is. Today's practice is a nice and easy one, but deceptively working some core muscles. Namaste 💙
ARE YOU READING MY MIND? I've been having a lot of trouble with my lower back this last week, I check my subscription box today, and here you are with a low back video.😂 Thank you so much ❤️
Of course Adriene read your mind. And mine. It happens so often I just don't ask the question anymore. I just subconciously send my thoughts to Texas (or wherever she may be) and here we are! 🙄. Thank you Adriene - and the love letter yesterday was immensely lovely too ❤
*EXPLORE · day 6:* It's getting colder and colder up here in Scandinavia, so I did this session while wearing socks and a fuzzy fleece sweater to keep me warm. It was nice to stay low to the ground on a lazy Sunday. I especially enjoyed the Sleeping Vishnu pose at the end!
I am newer to the Yoga With Adriene community and I am absolutely hooked. As a dancer and first and foremost a human being, these stretches help me to tackle my passion and everyday life
Hi Adrienne, I'm 67 and new at Yoga. What prompted me was the results of my bone density test which detected my spine is very weak and I have osteoarthritis. I also have lower back pain and get leg cramps at night. This was very helpful. On the beginners I couldn't believe how stiff my neck was and how difficult it was turning left and right and rotating. I plan to continue, thank you.
I made a resolution to use this gift of time, during COVID 19. I have FINALLY started honoring my body with daily Yoga. "Meeting" Adriene is part of my Silver Lining movement during this unusual time. She is the best buddy I could have on this journey. Thank you!
I really love this super therapeutic practice. It was lots of fun, quite different and so slow and gentle and low to the ground. I’m sure my slight twinge in my left lower back achieved from tough digging in my garden has completely gone ! I’ve had that annoyance for a while, how brilliant is that ? How we love your kind and happy approach to our yoga Adriene ? No wonder we all get off the mat feeling good and that’s me every morning 🧘🏼♀️🧘🏻♀️🙏💕
Thank you so much for this .I was doing this one regularly , and then my mom passed and I stopped. That was a year and a half ago. This is the first time doing this since then, and my body feels good after today's session and is going to keep healing. I'm excited for tomorrow's session. Bless you!❤
All the love in this comment section is overwhelming, I really do feel connected! Reading all the wonderful comments at the end of the practice is something I always look forward to and often brings tears to my eyes... :') Thank you!!
I'd just like to commend whoever put these calanders together; each day the practice just seems to be a perfect compliment to the practice from the day before, and the day after. I feel like they're genuinely thought out really well specifically to help flow through the month seamlessly, and even from one month to another (from BREATH to BRIDGE, etc). What I'm trying to get at, is that my low back has been aching quite a bit the last few days, but after this I feel like all that tension has now eased, feeling decompressed, and like I was a rusty machine that just got a good oiling, if that makes sense (LOL)! Anyway, thank you once again for organizing these practices, and thank you also Adriene for being such a wonderful teacher!
This one goes down in my faves. So so goood. I used to do ballet and in strength training we would do a pose similar to the last one with the leg up. I realised my bum was always poking out because I wasn't able to tilt my pelvis and my front hips were not flexible enough to do so. It was interesting to notice the amount of balance that I felt doing it now, all thanks to doing yoga for a little while now. Big love Adriene!
Let's drop the guard. It's ok, darlin'. Let love in. Are you ready?
Aye aye, captain!
I was born ready... I promise, I promise you I will...

💗
Love right back to you. Benji definitely has healing properties. Bravo you
Happy for you! You are loved
Congrats Skyelar!

After this year's 30 days of yoga practice 'BREATH' i'm here with 5th day of FEB calender! i wish to implement a habit of coming to the mat daily for myself. Namaste!
Me too! 😃 this year I did all the 30 days January calendar , and I'm so proud that I'm still going on!!!
Same! I also did Breath this January and am enjoying Bridge. I think everything under 30 minutes feels doable for me and keeps me coming back for more. Namaste x
Breath to Bridge!
Me too Inci 🧘♀️🌟❤️
Great work Inci! Try to show up every day and you will see the benefits of the practice. Namaste
Amen! I rolled off my side on the left and reacted with pure love and laughter, not judgement. I don't even know when that shift occurred
You showed up for you and that is what matters...self care!!🤍🤍
Namaste Valaya
I agree this practice has helped me show myself more compassion and love than I've ever had for myself and I'm so grateful for it
It's uncanny how serendipitous these yoga sessions have been. My back was crying today. Now I feel long and released. Special hello to all the fellow Breath yogis. XX
🧘♀️🌸💥💕 Breath was brilliant , its great knowing we are following each other on the journey . 💥
Hello Helen, you said it all for me , likewise. This really helped me today 🧘🏼♀️🧘🏻♀️🙏💕
Just drop hello to my fellow Breath-ers ❤
@@jennyellacook6052 yes, I agree. The feeling of connection with the community is quite beautiful.
@@gillsmith6740 let’s hope the goodness grows.
@@valaya.3 Thank you! Yes, we've got this! 🥰🌟
I am recovering from 2 years of chemo and immunotherapy. Yoga with Adriene has not only helped build my strength, stamina and reduced my anxiety, but she also makes me smile and builds greater inner peace. Thank you for helping me heal
I'm so glad you're recovering!
Be safe!! Be proud of yourself for taking control of your life. Much healing to you.
nice
Salute day 12! Feeling good! Wishing everyone the best!
Thank you, Adriene and YWA community💙💙💙
This channel has become a daily part of my life. For 20 to 50 minutes I can step away from all of the things that are a constant source of pain and anxiety for me and just be present in the moment of yoga. Thank you Adriene for this.
Salute day 12 🎉thank you, Adriene, fir this practice, it is perfect for coming up to the end of the week, it was relaxing, but also still feel like I've done a workout, I loved it. 💖🧘🏼♀️🙏🏻
I’m 9 and school was canceled today so me and my mom enjoyed your yoga session 😍
Your mom is so cool! You must be, too.
81(.9) year old in another comment and 9 year old here! All ages are gathered! 😊 (I'm 31 BTW)
I'm doing the Sept 2024 calendar kind of out of order so it fits my life better. Another great video. Thanks so much friend ❤
Mark, hello from Norfolk, deep in lockdown. This is a great practice, super stretchy, so good for my lower back, feeling the same 🧘🏼♀️🧘🏻♂️🙏😊
@@gillsmith6740 Hello! 🤗 I hope all’s well over there in the east of England. I’ve been practising with Adriene since 2016 and never imagined how much of a godsend this community would be. I don’t know how I would have survived these times of isolation and uncertainty without yoga in my life!
@Ella Gregory Yeah, so nice to see some blue sky and sunshine after so much rain!
Hello from Stratford. We have blue skies as well. Now ready and energised to walk the dog. See you all tomorrow
Don't worry, Benji, it's OK to have a chill session -- you showed up, and that's what counts. A wise woman told me that. 💡
Bonjour, Bridge buddies!
The best thing that has happened to me during the COVID quarantine is that I discovered Adrienne's website and got into yoga routine. Thank you, Adriene!
Me too! My lifesaver Adriene!!
Same for me. When I couldn't go to the gym or see my massage therapist, and I had all kinds of back pain from sitting and working remotely, this was a lifesaver!
She’s a life saver 😊💥🌸
Same here! I’m not grateful for COVID but I’m grateful for the habits I’ve developed because of it - yoga first and foremost!
Same here! It kept me mentally healthy!🙏❤️
Thank you!
Well done for taking those steps towards self care - you're doing great and it's brilliant to share this experience with you! 😊
I feel really tired this evening, but I got myself on the mat....and as always, I feel so much better for it. Thankyou, Adriene xxx
I love it when she says "Take the biggest breath you have all day." Thank you for another amazing video, Adriene!
SALUTE 🌅 | September 12, 2024 | An all time favourite! This can come back on every monthly calendar in my humble opinion! 🙏
Thank YOU!!!
Stay safe💞💞
Thank you
I love this! And I totally relate. :) Happy belated birthday
An excellent yoga session as I felt lonely today. I have decided to do something to stop that. Thank you for your support Adriene ❤
I'm feeling isolated with the Covid-19 lockdown, so you blew me away at the end Adrienne when you reminded me that I am not alone. Thank you for your presence and loving help at this time. It's the best.
Much love, Caroline xxx

Adriene, you are making self-isolation so much more bearable. This practice released a demon from my right hip and I can't believe how good it feels. Thank you!
Wholeheartedly agree :)
Couldn’t have said it better
Likewise 😀😀
Likewise here! Super!!!
Hello from the Netherlands! I'm now almost 20 weeks pregnant and i feel so comfortable and fit because of yoga with Adriene. Thank you!

This is by far the loveliest approach to yoga I have come across. I find myself doing these classes with a smile ever time! Thank you Adriene! xx
I am 64 years young and getting my mojo back.😍
Good for you man. Keep it up!!
Same!!❤
When I started yoga 20 yrs ago I could not get through a session without crying........the body has a wonderful way of releasing what is no longer needed. Enjoy your cleansing tears that is progress through yoga.Peace and Love

Staying low to the ground doesn't mean unchallenged. I loved every minute of this practice.
PREECH!!!
Yesterday, I went with legs up the wall as my left hamstring had been tight since a 15k walk Sunday. Plus I had little sleep and was about to teach first grade. Today, I came back to the calendar. I forgot I had even done this...three times at least.
Salute. September 12. 1439 days.

Adriene, Benji, the whole online community: Thank you and I love you!!!

Adriene,
I have been doing your videos for about 2 weeks now. i took a break for a few days and then did this video.
Wow, good on you! I hope you keep it going, I find as long as I do some everyday, a daily commitment no matter how late, it's a huge benefit.
How has your progress been in the last year?? I'm about to do this video for the 1st time 😊
Have been feeling a bit stuck in past sadnesses even though my head tells me to live in the moment. I needed this today to shake me back into the present and ground me in the good fortune I have, so precious and something to be thankful for. Thank you Adrienne and the whole YWA community x
Thank you so much for a gentle senior practice!
Thank you, Adriene. I am 64 years old and have NEVER done yoga a day in my life. Safe to say I am ready to start now. I have done your routine twice now and look forward to more. I love the fact you have a simple plan for beginners and old-timers like me, thank you again. Ron

This was a great video. Having very stiff hips and hamstrings, this by far was impactful. Would love a whole series on the lower body. ❤❤❤❤❤❤

I woke up today and I felt a little off. I climbed on my mat and told myself "Adriene is always saying to pay attention" so I did. I asked myself "what do you need today?" and I found myself here. It was an amazing moment & I feel really really good right now. Thank you! I plan to pay more attention to myself
My first exercise while i’m recovering from dental surgery. The calmness and focus away from my head was so welcome. Namaste!
Namaste 💙
Day 12 complete I think it was how early I did the practice today but I feel peaceful after doing the practice today. 09/12/2024
ARE YOU READING MY MIND? I've been having a lot of trouble with my lower back this last week, I check my subscription box today, and here you are with a low back video.😂 Thank you so much ❤️

....the universal connection, you put your needs and positive energy and thoughts out there and good comes back; as is needed 🙏
Of course Adriene read your mind. And mine. It happens so often I just don't ask the question anymore. I just subconciously send my thoughts to Texas (or wherever she may be) and here we are! 🙄. Thank you Adriene - and the love letter yesterday was immensely lovely too ❤
Adriene seems to be very passionate about yoga and loves to do it. It's refreshing to have such a good teacher who is so inspiring!
Bad sleep last night. Did not feel well in my body. Three yogas with Adrienne fixed me right up. Works every time. Xo
*EXPLORE · day 6:*
It's getting colder and colder up here in Scandinavia, so I did this session while wearing socks and a fuzzy fleece sweater to keep me warm. It was nice to stay low to the ground on a lazy Sunday. I especially enjoyed the Sleeping Vishnu pose at the end!
This is literally me right now in Berlin!
Such a restorative way to slow down, listen to your body and take care of the self. All in the loving community you've built. Thank you Adriene!!
Day 16 Refresh ✅ Namaste🙏🏽
Day 47 🧘🏻♀️
Note to self: you’ll love this! May be the best YWA practice so far! ☺️
Grateful for your yoga I can’t really keep up with the pace, but I do try and keep my breath love, light and infinite blessings to you
