Hi everyone, thanks for joining me. I'm going to take you through this 15 minute hatha yoga class for flexibility and stress relief. This is a gentle soothing yoga class to help you relax and stretch your body, great for all experience levels. No props are required. We'll finish our class together with a few rounds of Box Breath - Sama Vritti Pranayama.
This can be a therapeutic yoga class to do when you're experiencing anxiety and want to ground yourself. We'll start with a bit of mindful breathing before going into our yoga poses. Enjoy!

Same here my G! Fu*king bliss. That stuff makes me sometimes cry like a little 🐱 but at the same time help me to start my day earlier and feel better. Worth a shot. Just stick to it for few days until it becomes a habit!

I used to be pretty active.
I gained a lot of weight and unfortunately became quite sedentary. I saw this video and thought 15 minutes. I can try 15 minutes. Well it was wonderful. I have tears streaming down my face right now as I am so filled with gratitude. Thank you for setting attainable goal for me. I am filled with a lot of hope right now.

I did this flow after work and let me just say I had a terrible day and was so stressed out just now. Plus a poor night's sleep that just made me irritable and unable to cope with my stressful day. Then I did this flow and just felt it all melt away. I'm still tired but feel focused and able to put my day into perspective. Thank you so much Kassandra 💖

i wasn't feeling bad but i was kinda tired and exhausted, my period and a really bad stomach ache ended up draining me. now i feel better, relaxed and my hips and neck are really thankful for the stretching. thank you ♥

This was a great way to start my week. I would highly recommend this practice to beginners who are new to yoga because it's slow-paced with simple instructions and basic poses only. I especially enjoyed the simple box breathing exercise at the end

I join Kassandra almost daily in the morning but today I did not have the time and I was really stressed about something from the past night. I found some time in the evening and did this practice. I had just finished and sat up to do the breathing technique when my dog started rooting around in the blankets on the couch. He was really on a mission! Made so much noise I started to crack up and couldn't be serious anymore. He and Kassandra are good medicine.

This is perfect for me. 6 months post lower Back fusion. My core needs help and I have minimal bend at the waist. Now to pair this up with another of your 15-20 minute yoga routine and I will slowly get some back and core strength. Thanks
