i've been doing your 10 minutes yoga morning strech and youtube recommended me another vid which lead me to this! i would say that this is the easiest and most calming one, not really energy boosting like the other vid of you i've been practicing but this is a great way to start the day and calming my mind. may god bless you kassandra!

Thank you so much. I loved the back and forth motion of the sphinx to forearm plank. I’ve never done that before and it felt so good and boosted my confidence because I could actually do it! We went on a biggish mountain hike yesterday and this stretch and mindfulness flow was perfect for recovery.
Ideal way to start my mornings. I'm not a heavy exercise person in a morning but I find stretching out and just gently getting my body moving is great both physically and mentally.
