I was feeling so out of balance. Way too much action energy and not enough receiving energy. This class really showed me I was correct! Everything of one side was doable, everything on the other was ... Less doable 😂😂
Yes I found that toe grip one leg balance impossible too! Loved the other postures & did feel grounded. Thank you this is my second enjoyable ‘element’ session🙏😊

I really loved this practice, thank you. It was as always, very relaxing with a few opportunities to expand my practice and I felt very connected to the Earth all the way through. In the seated meditation, I had a beautiful conversation with Mother Earth which is going to lead me now into my journalling. Really appreciated being challenged like this today! I am fairly new to yoga and every day i realize I am not that flexible! Bear pose and the toe grabbing pose were difficult but this is helping me so much. Cannot thank you enough for providing these sessions for free.

Enjoyed this esrth flow today. The toe hold with leg lift to the side was quite challenging. I've been following your channel for about the past 5 or 6 months and doing a morning yoga almost every day. I started with 10 minute sessions and now usually do 15/20 minute ones and sometimes 30 if I get up early enough. I really enjoy your style and reminders for setting intentions and go back and forth between vinyaasa and yin depending on what I feel I need. If you ever have time to share some more 20 minute or so yin sessions that would be great as I have gone through each of those videos multiple times. Thank you for your fabulous work. It has made a tremendous difference in my energy and recovery from runs.

i didn't feel in a stable, grounded place before practise but found some during it, the affirmations connected to nature were more like growing, exploring, loving. so you can adapt it for your own needs etc, thanks kassandra

This was gorgeous! I loved the bear and the challenging posture that comes just after it. Hadn’t ever tried either of those exactly in those ways in my 24 years of practicing.
