    Just completed it in front of the sea at a camping in Greece. Five days here, doing Sara Beth every morning. Fine more days to follow.
    One of a kind experience.

    This was nice. Especially because the flow is a bit difficult. The focus it requires is nice to stop the thinking mind. Also loved the stretches at the end to slow down a bit

    I love these morning yoga flows, I appreciate the effort you put into these videos so much! 🩵 I've been doing your yoga for years with my mum and your videos have become part of our lifestyle. So grateful for you!! And it's so exciting when you put out a new video, we both try the new ones right away lol. I love doing night time wind down yoga, would you consider doing more of those? I don't trust anyone else with my yoga routines!!! 😆

    Great flow as always! Just wish there was a longer pause in the downward dog for an extra breath to rest between sides.

    Just finished and I feel looser. Kept getting a bit lost though, why is it when I do yoga I forget which is left and which is right? I'm 63, thought I had it worked out years ago!!
