Sarabeth really does this right. Her voice and instruction are perfect for me. I like that she talks over the routine rather that as if she's doing it like most other RUclips offerings. This allows me to practice much better. I've just gotten back into Yoga and feeling better every day!

I'm having trouble with balance, in the eagle pose as well as some shoulder mobility problems when you fold forward with hands interlocked from a warrior pose. I try, but I feel like my body just doesn't bend that way. Any tips?

I notice you have way more views on videos where you don’t end with the typical promotional schpiel to your other videos. It lets the viewers who are ending their yoga practice to settle in and truly embrace the feeling of quiet calm and peace
I've been watching her for so long that I expect the end of video promotions. Her voice is calming enough that the ad is not jarring.

After extensive searching, this is the only stretch routine video I've found that I actually like and follow daily. It's a great full body set that takes a little work but is still relaxing, and it's not obnoxiously yoga-ish. I love that she makes little comments here and there to remind you to square your hips, drop your shoulders, etc. Really nice video. Thank you!

Thank you.. been on my new journey for a while....followed different yogas...but when i manifested your page and routine... your instructions are very thorough.. i never noticed what body part was tense in a pose until your instructions made me realize a lot.. and your tips deffinitely helped l with balance and focus. i really APPRECIATE YOU AND YOUR CREATION of these routines...you are definitely an amazing teacher.. some people just dont know how to start...and because of you anyone can do it in their own home first thing i the morning to get their day right... your yoga flow routines, with the music, sings to my inner being putting me in flow state... being in high performance all day,the bedtime routines really helps me unwind... again.. i want to thank you and for you to know that you are appreciated.. all the way from the island of oahu...you help and serve others ,even with contrast in your own life, share your knowledge and passion... these videos arent for nothing.... you are a strong woman... and keep up these great lessons!!!!...

This is so good. I've been doing jt every morning, was nervous after slipping a disc after Christmas. But I ft stronger and I now feel amazing for doing this every day. Thank you. Question, the track that plays during the pigeon pose. Anyone know what it is I like it. 💛

Good sequence. Really dislike the white background. It blends with the You Tube background and if you have the laptop on the ground and are looking down, it's hard to see what's happening.

I have fibromyalgia and arthritis in my neck. I have been persistently doing this routine every morning for a month now and have amazing improvement. My neck pain decreased and sleep quality is much better now.
Love this 20 mins stretch as a warm up to other more demanding yoga. I tried all your morning yoga videos and they are all good. I am gong to alternate them as my daily morning warm up sequence. Thank you! 👍🏻🙏🏻namaste!

This is very good routine but as a beginner I feel this video is rushed. Before I could understand the position and do it the next position is being done. If I keep pausing and finish every position the flow is disturbed. Any suggestions on this? Thanks
