There is such release and freedom in the feeling I get when going “cactus” in exhaling. It’s great. It’s my favourite move in this routine and I’m glad it’s done more than once. But the entire 20 minute program is great - truly feeling full body - even if my body finds it a bit fast at times.
You are so good at explaining exactly how to engage just the right muscles. I love your explanation of how to fire up the leg muscles during the crescent lunge (I think that was it?!). Thank you!

The first two times that I did this routine, I could not hold the dancer or even switch the skandasana without falling over. But today, I could successfully hold the poses and find my balance. And the feeling is incredible!! Thank you so much :D

Hyperventilating less than half way through trying to keep up with your pace. When I slowed playback speed to half, I could finally breathe deeply through the poses and no hyperventilate or injure my body (trying to keep up). Thank you, RUclips, for adjustable playback speeds!!
Great video! but a mini grip: there was a section in the middle where I couldn't follow the left/right leg sequence so I kept looking at the video to check for posures, but the black leggings made it impossible to figure out which leg was up or down. I'm going to try it again tonight though
Thanks a lot for this routine, having to work out at home can be confusing and anxiety inducing when you've never done anything like that before. Having to stay at home i really began feeling very cranky and understood how lack of movement affected my spine. I feel so warm and nice right now after completing this, i'll be sure to follow some of your other routines soon

In our 70s and always active. Pandemic hit and unable to go to the gym. First time pulled this up thought "no way"! but kept doing it and successful on most parts - even dancer. Going down on back leg and flexing toes back is still a challenge but working on it! Thanks for the video - helping us stay fit
I've been following your lead for a week now and I'm impressed with the progress I'm already making. Especially with Dancer pose. My lack of balance has kept me from being able to hold very long, but my body is already being trained to hold that pose without falling over. The flow isn't nearly as complicated as it was 6 days ago! Thank you!

Loved this! The easier beginning to warm up, the more intense middle part and then the difficult end with the dancer and splits. Very nice
