SarahBethYoga Just discovered you this week. I am only about six months into yoga and your videos are just what I need. You give excellent audible instructions…Which reassure me that I’m doing things correctly, and I love the very clean, simple visuals. Thanks for your contribution to my life up here in northern Canada.

I have felt the same way! I am still a chubby old guy trying to do this but it gets easier… and as you learn it you can get an even better workout. I have to do this less now, but when I first started out, I paused the video a few times a session or rewound a bit to do review and do a better practice of that part. Just keep showing up!

I agree...it started out ok, but as the poses sped up and involved standing and lowering it was way too fast for a beginner. I couldn't finish it. I might try the slower speed idea next time.

What I love most about this is that it's just straight forward, no jokes or anecdotes. That makes a video get OLD real fast. You just go through the instructions, that's it. I L-O-V-E that. So many video yoga instructors should learn that. I can only watch their video two or three times before her stupid jokes drive me crazy. Yours is perfect, and I can watch it over and over with no problem. The way I plan to start my day for the foreseeable future!!!!

Yall are rude asf, Adriene is the best, the "joke" or talking is what connects her to the audience. Videos like these sarah beth videos just feel like tv ads that are scripted and way too fast.

as a 55 year old man, whose never done yoga before I'm finding these more challenging than the weight training i spent my life doing (and apparently causing all kinds of damage). I feel amazing after one quick session and find myself looking forward to the next one. my inflexible hips are starting to move again lol. My chiropractor has been after me to do yoga for ages, but rather than being cynical about it I was afraid to see just how inflexible and weak i really was/am haha I should have listened to her ages ago. Thank you so very much!

This was a great morning flow! I have MS and scoliosis, and your videos have changed my life. This time last year I couldn't even leave my flat by myself. Now I feel so independent. Someone remarked yesterday that I look really fit and toned and everyone has noticed the increase in my energy. I started about 6 months ago with your scoliosis videos, and for the past 3 months I've been doing one of your videos every day. Really slow ones on my bad days, more intense ones when I have higher energy. I have told so many people about your channel. Thank you so much!

I love this practice! I’ve really missed videos like this from Sarah Beth, with soft music and a clear voiceover for guidance.
The elements are nicely connected yet offer slight unexpected turns, making it refreshing.
I feel the current direction of her videos might not fully resonate with long-time followers, as the routines have become too simple. I truly appreciate the more engaging and balanced practices like this one.

    Sarah Beth,
I am doing the Deepak Chopra 21 day meditation challenge and today we are supposed to express our gratitude.
So I want to take this opportunity to thank you Sarah. I found your videos when I was pregnant and uncomfortable in my body. I bought a yoga mat and started with your 15 min morning pre-natal yoga. I loved it so much and it made me feel a lot better in my new hippo body. Then I moved on to the post-natal yoga, and now that I have a two year old, I am doing this 15 min morning yoga.
I love your voice, it's so calm and smooth. I love the simplicity of your videos, and I love your flow. I also love this one especially because it's just 15 minutes. I don't have more time than that to spare with a toddler (who occasionally joins me).
So thank you Sarah Beth for making my life better for three years now.

@@sarahbethyoga Must share! My neck can get so bad that it sounds like I have gravel in it when I turn my head! Stretching, pillow flip and sleeping position awareness only go so far for me. What completely gets rid of the stiffness and/or gravel is a few consecutive days using a set of massage therapy balls placed on a yoga block. You can buy the balls conjoined or in a mesh bag or DIY it in a tied-off sock. Lie down and place the balls on the yoga block under the small of your neck. Turn your head left and right multiple times and nod yes and no multiple times. This practice has been a life-saver for me! Hope it helps someone else.

This was a perfect morning yoga warmup for me, a bit challenging but not too much. I'm 76 with about ten years of yoga/pilates before Covid. Then during covid I got off track for 10 months! I need pilates and shoulder strengthening added to today's 15 min. routine, because I had done three years of three times per week specific shoulder exercises which saved me hours of shoulder rehab after minor firewood hauling, etc.

Thanks Sarah for this well paced routine. You have used enough poses to take on as a beginner that also break a bit of a sweat. Love the precise breathing instructions as well. I have been doing this routine nearly every day for the last 2 weeks and found I am finally enjoying yoga, and confident to now include yoga apart of my exercise regime and progress to the 25-30 min yoga class in another week. This is from someone who has started yoga classes over the last 10 year given up after every second class because i never enjoyed them and felt too behind.
For all the absolute beginners who feel it is too fast - first two times you might have to pause and replay some sections which is what I did as well, because you need to understand the pose etc. If you do it nearly every day for atleast a week you will start enjoying it and can start improving your posture and any other details that Sarah mentions.

Hi Sarah Beth! Your prenatal yoga videos were my lifesavers when I was pregnant with my first kiddo and enabled me to maintain my flexibility, range of motion, and stability even as my body changed drastically. Now, I’m really trying to lose the weight I’ve gained in the 16 months since having my son, and I’m finding that my once-athletic body no longer responds the way it used to. My stability is shot and my core is nonexistent. Enter SBY! I just did this video this morning and started to feel some of my old muscle memory again. Your series are fantastic! Thank you so much for uploading what you do!

Loved this sequence! I’ve been doing your prenatal yoga (6 months pregnant), and wanted to try out some of your others. Only had to modify when you did cobra. Thank you for making this accessible to all bodies!

You are my absolute favorite yoga instructor I’ve found online or ever. You make everything so easy to understand and follow. My husband and I love this particular video. It’s perfect for beginners and starts out easy and relaxing. Absolutely love your teaching style!

I love how you told me where to put pressure, like in the heel and hips, or to keep my shoulders soft but strong arms. The pace was a bit fast but I could feel my body getting warm and it was very helpful for my Sunday morning! I really enjoyed keeping my heart open.

You're teaching style is good for all levels and lacks the perfect body mentality that is not very yoga-minded!
