I can't remember if I commented, but I wanted to say thank you, bc this is my go-to yoga video. You don't have excessive talking; you get right down to it. I didn't know the terms when I first started, but it just takes a couple times to learn. My body practically reacts on its own now, esp when it hears this music (which I love).
It also, for some reason, has been the best vid for my back pain! Like magic, my pain goes away after this 15 min session. All I can say is thank you so much :) You're calm and clear and beautiful. You don't treat us like we're stupid, and use the terms naturally. The vid has great music and succinct directions, which is all I can ask for. Thanks!

My "littles" decided that they wanted to join me for the 30 days of Yoga. This was an excellent way for us to begin our day and week and an easy introduction to yoga for them.
Always come back to this one🙏💓 thanks for keeping your throwback starters SB. Your bedtime routine was what got me into yoga in the first place. This is one of my first videos with SarahBeth - and it is one of my most favorite. I'm subscribed to the channel since April 2016 (was following free Pregnancy routine) and I saw the development and professional growth of Sarah and Video quality BUT this video has a special place my heart. When I have a bad mood or cranky I always do this Energizing Morning Routine to start my day on the right foot. :) Love the home setting, feeling that we are doing practice together in my leaving room. And the music background is just perfect.

Wow love this! 15 minutes is just the right amount of time for me, some of the other morning yoga videos I've seen are super long and I just don't really have the time for that in the morning. This one is perfect though!

It is so interesting that this is an energizing flow but yet I feel relaxed AND energized. This was a great way to start out my New Year's Eve. I'm really looking forward to my progress in yoga and doing more of your videos. I kind of lost touch with this video over the past few weeks feeling restless and wanting "a challenge" yet this was great to revisit and see my progress. I want to keep coming back to this video.

Hi Sarah Beth. I am loving the #30dayyogachalenge! my ideal marking routine is 45-60 minutes quite time in the morning. this includes 1/2 cafe coffee and devotional readings &/or meditation, sealed with a 15 minute yoga routine.
