I have had a recent knee injury which while no surgery is required (yet) I cannot do anything which requires knee bends, such as child’s pose, cat cow, pigeon, lunges. I’m sure others out there will benefit! I do what I can, but this particular practice is off limits to me! Namaste.

I normally lo e all the videos, but for this one it was very hard with bad knees to switch knees quickly for the kick stand and cow legs was not possible for me. Notification suggestions would have been helpful. I will keep looking for what works for me.
i used to do one of your yogas, like 2 years ago, where you did use a pillow (or something) at the end of the video. now i am curious that where is that yoga now? i can’t found it😭

Yes they are color coded - Pink is power, Teal is Vinyasa, Blue is Hatha, Purple is Restortive/YIN yogas.

Why would she risk her channel just for you? You need to see an actual doctor for that.
