I’m doing these with my 6 year old daughter every morning and not only is it relaxing and something fun to do with her, it’s teaching her (and me!) to take some time to slow down every day
I am currently working on myself to slow down and to make time for myself. This helps me alot. Thank you for being here and helping me out to bring some rest in my life❤

I really liked that short flow toward the end - moving through those poses showed me where in my body I have strength and where I can improve. Really lovely ❤
We've been moving (finally bought our first house at 50 years old. Better late than never!) & EVERYTHING is in chaos, everywhere. Haven't been able to do your videos in over a month & everytime you post a new one, I get a burst of energy to start unpacking & organizing.
