    Join me for a short and sweet somatic yoga practice. In this practice, we will find gentle movement across our full body. As you move through this practice, I invite you to tune into the sensations you feel in each posture. This practice is gentle enough to perform daily and makes for a wonderful addition to your morning routine.

    I really enjoyed this 10 minute flow. I am trying to cut back on intense workouts to regulate my nervous system and this style flow is perfect for my much needed rest days. Thank you!

    Aaah thank you - i looove the somatic ones. I’m burned-out right now and have little cerebral palsy and this helpes me ❤ looking forward to more.
    (the trauma informed yoga videos are also helpfull)

    I am so very grateful for this, thank you! I have fibromyalgia and I need this so much. The full body circles had me sounding like Rice Krispies!!

    I’ve just recently discovered your videos! I have been doing yoga for several months now, but I tend to rotate between the same creators and same videos. I prefer doing yoga for 10 minutes at a time, so it’s nice to see you have some recent uploads. I also appreciate your calm voice and visuals. I prefer when people speak softly so it’s been really nice to discover your videos!
