Couldn't agree more, and thanks to you I'm still practicing daily. I was almost kidnapped while out walking one morning, just because I'm a woman. The police and politicians didn't really care, even though I lived in Highway of Tears country. I ended up with severe PTSD and I moved and restarted my life in a smaller community. Many days I didn't want to come to the mat, but I knew I could do just 5 minutes with you, so I kept showing up. I also used tapping, but my PTSD is now manageable, and I run a successful business teaching kids how to read and write. Thank you for everything you do for the world. You are by far one of the best yoga teachers online.

It helps loosen up tension and I feel more ready for the day. It is essential during my endo flares. I struggle with routines but my morning yoga is non-negotiable.

I am 74 and I suffer from chronic RA and osteoporosis. I started yoga about 2 months ago not just for flexibility but mainly to help me relax and increase my self esteem.... I have 1:1 private tuition once a month and I try and do some basic movement daily. I discovered your channel a couple of weeks ago. Thank you for being there. You inspire me to "go to the mat" daily... 🙏👌
Before I went to sleep last night, I decided to restart my morning yoga practice because of how much pain/stiffness I have in my lower back and hips when I wake up. Then I wake up to this new video 🎉 Amazing, thank you!

Great routine. I cannot do yogi squats without hunching over awkwardly and my heels lifting off the ground - adding a block under my butt was a game changer! I'll keep doing them with the block until I'm able to do it without.
