i’m new to the yoga community. i just recently got out of a relationship of 5 years and for the past two days ive been watching this video and doing it as well. although i do not feel all the way better, i do feel more calm and at peace with myself. today i woke up crying look at my ex’s and i’s pictures thinking i was ready to delete them, but then i came back to this video and now i feel better. i will be coming back everyday until i remember the movements and i can learn more from ur other videos. thank you for keeping me sane during this rough time

Those flow-stretch movements were what I have always been looking for and never realized. And your gorgeous genuine loving soul! I love this video so much. It's really helped me make space for myself to gently process and release a lot of hurt and bad energy trapped in my body after having a really upsetting experience. Sometimes I feel ashamed that I have to do videos like this, but while I was breathing in and out, it really allowed me to have clarity and self-compassion. Taking care of myself is making me stronger. Practicing self-care and self-compassion is investing in myself. None of this makes me weak. It makes me more whole💖

this is the first time ive ever tried yoga for healing, about half way through I felt an overwhelming sense of awakening in my head and my whole body I had to stop and allow myself to breathe it was shocking. Wow , thank you for this .
Not only did this feel amazing for my body and the physical pain I often hold, my spirit feels more peaceful, too. The full emotional release hasn't happened for me yet, but I know it will come soon, and I'll feel so much lighter when it's done. Thank you for this video. It worked. I got really excited at first, then upset and depressed, then I found and affirmed a boundary and now I feel like I shifted forward in life.
I needed to release some old trauma that came up heavy for me during therapy sessiontoday and glad I came across this video to help me release what i am processing and feeling from my childhood, thank you🙏🏾🧘🏾♀ Namaste 💜

Thank you so much. Lately I’ve had a hard time handling stress. I had an accident last February 2023 and I feel that it really send my nervous system through a loop. Anyway I used to do yoga for 15 years but once my work schedule was changed I wasn’t able to attend class and doing yoga online has been a little difficult for me to stick with. Again thank you for this because I feel better already. I will do this particular session every day because it’s very short and I can manage it. ❤
I found yoga a bit boring before when I saw it somewhere but since I watched some of your videos and tried it, I must say I really love it and it makes me feel much better and calm.
