The way I am sweating, you and growing annanas tell me through your yoga and her training - where exactly I was wrong about my body with long walking session but no other form of balance and strength exercise. The way I was shaking through the lunges in my left side, I felt like a branch of tree stuck in storm. But completed it. This is 2nd day of good health , mental well-being and weight loss. 😊 Thank you for the free yoga session. Namaste

I tried yoga a lot in my past but that's always been boring and hard and painful sometimes and i never been able to practice for more than a month or two, but when i found your channel and tried those practices i understood what yoga really IS and started to like it and every practice with you is a pleasure for me and i'm doing it already for like four month and it always favorite part of my day and i feel so energized after morning routines and so calm after evening practices. So i wanted to say thank you a lot for your channel and all you do!

Hello, stretching exercises are really great for the body. I increased my height by 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me. During this period, I used Shiydf and did regular stretching exercises every week. I hope everyone achieves their dreams!
