I have been meaning to join you. Especially from the day you started the morning challenge which I loved and which introduced me to your style of teaching. You are the best! Routines that challenge me but at the same time slow enough to do them right. Also your vocal instructions are fantastic with your soothing voice. Unfortunately I have a back surgery at the end of September and I won't be able to practice til November. Don't know how I will live without🤔. Hopefully the price won't rise so I can sign up then. I felt a panic attack coming. quickly searched you on RUclips. I stayed in child pose and followed your instructions to breath. I can't believe your calming voice and regular pace to inhale and exhale helped me. I literally sat up after 10 mins feeling all fine. Thank you so much

Thank you for letting me keep breathing. As I am thinking that I am ok with my mental health I didn’t cause yesterday my body was holding me back of getting proper breathing cause the last week I didn’t had time to do yoga or excercises or maybe I didn’t make enough time. So this short but keeping me noticing to breath is keeping me grounded for today thank you.

Really like this type of sequence to get the old, stiff joints moving before starting long, morning practice. Used this to warm up, a bit, for more intense yin stretches. :)

Gave me my energy for the day. I do your videos morning and night and i love how unique your flows are. I usually wake up and eat breakfast and go back to sleep but this gave me my energy for the day so i went to go workout right after. Now i feel ready for the day.

I must say it is really great even though I couldn’t do many of the stretches very well. Actually did them very poorly but I do feel much more light and limber afterwards. Thank you so much.
