I though her voice was very soothing and the poses she chose calmed me. If I could request one thing, I would have liked to see her spend more time on each pose. It was very fast paced and I couldn't truly appreciate each movement.

I really enjoyed this pre-bedtime stretch. Sometimes I find myself skipping yoga during the day and going to bed with a little bit of back pain. This is a nice practice for those days.

As a disabled person struggling with the idea of exercise this is so beautiful and perfect. I can't do it particularly well but it's accessible and it's becoming as much a part of my evening routine as brushing my teeth. Excellent job
I’m a 19 year old powerlifter who does 3 hour workouts loaded on caffeine(which I’ve completely stopped using it) but I get off work late so im at home by 1 in the morning and try to be asleep by 2 I’ve had a lot of stressful things happen lately and sleep has became a chore,It’s already hard enough being I have insomnia today(i did this like 1:30 in the morning)I watched this video and it absolutely helped me relax my muscles and my mind and lemme tell you I got some really good sleep imma try it again tonight but im definitely gonna start doing this with my sleep routine 😂❤️✌️
Night 1 of doing these: I feel so relaxed, also heard and felt a couple of bones cracking (specilifcally from my spine) and my back feels great now. I will try to make more updates to keep track of how I am feeling. Thanks for the vid! 💖💖💖

I sat in the child’s pose with the pillow for about 20 minutes after watching the video, while listening to asmr. It was so calming, if you do this I recommend listening to asmr zeitgeist’s videos.💙💙💙
It’s almost 4 am and I’ve been trying EVERYTHING to sleep since 12 am and I haven’t slept a wink. I have to get up at 10:45 to go to the beach with my fam tmw and if I don’t get enough sleep it won’t go well. Plus you’re SO beautiful! Tysm for this!!! ❤️

@@zahraparveen6296 you could try out the 4-7-8 method it's like breathing in to the count of 4 and holding your breath for 7 seconds and breathing out to the count of 8!:)

After being over-worked for almost a month my body was collapsing. Did this before sleeping and had such a relaxing sleep. I can feel the difference even tho I slept the same amount of hours I normally do. Thank you for this!

Just keep trying. As long as your not hurting too much of course! I tried with 2 pillows first (so it isn’t as low) then got 1 pillow and stretched that way.
2 pillows and a blanket haha... I hope itll reduce lol
@@shaynaboyce68 haha don’t worry about it! I was surprised how fast I was able to stretch. It took me around a month of (almost) everyday stretching and I feel so much more flexible. I’M addicted now 😂

Ive been having trouble with sleep lately so i figured a bit of relaxation could help and let me tell you, these simple stretches have helped alot with getting back to my normal sleep, keep the amazing work going!!

Gosh when I was laying on the pillow I nearly fell asleep. This is the most by far the most relaxing thing Ive ever done! Even more relaxing than those year1 naps hahah
I do this every night and its amazing the last pose when you just lay there I always feel like I'm shining backwards and forwards on a swing softly. I dont get a lot of sleep at night but this helps me so much tysm for this video 💕

I still. Do this every now and again. I like this short sleep yoga. It really helped me relax in relax due to perimenopausal symptoms. Insomnia is the worst.... Thanks you it really helped me!
Super calming and effective stretching routine, I just tried her stretching routines for the first time was so effective and helped with my migraines felt the tension in my whole and lower body relaxed. I recommend trying her routines x
