Thank you Sarah Beth! I love your 7 day yoga challenge! I noticed that in runner's lunge you kept your left foot flexed, but released your right when you did the other side. Which is correct? Is this just a modification? Please clarify. Namaste and much love!

This one is so good for low energy or overwhelm days. I also like the fact that you don't talk a lot throughout the practice and that you allow time to breathe into each pose. Great channel. Thank you for all your hard work.

Love this routine! I've been a doing yoga with you for a few years, but this is the first time I've done this one! That's why I love your 30 day yoga challenge because it shows me new routines and practices that I normally wouldn't do. I have a few favorites, mostly, hip openers, but the 30 day challenge has given me new faves for sure.
I'm not sure I'd have survived today without this routine. I think I'd have had some kind of mental breakdown at some point. For anyone like me who can't nap because of sleep paralysis or other problems, try doing this instead - I actually feel less exhausted and ready to face the rest of the day. Thank you so much for this video.
Been doing your yoga workouts for over 2 years now. Never found any like yours that really helps me calm down and get it a good workout. I just started the 7 day challenge today. Hoping to stick through n do this again at the end of the cycle. Really needed a slow stretch today. Thank you

I like these seven-day exercises. You do NOT rush. Everything flows together and is carefully explained. Modifications can be done fairly easily. Thank you!
This was a good practice to mark the end of the 7 day challenge. ❤ I combined this with Sarah Beth 30 min yoga stretch to unwind tight neck and hips and I am exactly where I need to be like she says it. Love ❤ this practice. My favourite. The moves and the motivational words get to me so deeply.❤ Thanks Sarah Beth. Namaste ❤ 🙏

Hello Sarah! I have just finished the 7 day yoga challenge and I have to say it was amazing! I just started doing yoga and was baffled seeing so many varieties and forms that I couldn't decided when to do what? So in the beginning I did few light poses to ease my muscles and decided to take a week challenge. During my reasearch I stumbled here, I enjoyed every single day spending 15 minutes of my day with you. I learnt new poses, learnt the places I need to work on and found my strength. Thankyou for sharing this with us. I hope you continue to do so, Sending my best wishes to you and your loved ones ❣️
I weightlift also. And Ive been feeling pretty tight. on top of a stressful job that makes me tense. I need to remember to breathe, let go, and stretch away the tension so my body doesnt suffer.
Never knew I needed to be reminded to relax my shoulders, jaw, tongue and hips. Sometimes I just get too lost in the moment lol that I tend to hold my breathe and try too hard.
Day #7/7. What a PERFECT slow stretch to end the week with, I feel great and more grounded. I can’t wait to try the next challenge. I hope I’m able to keep up.
