I noticed that in runner's lunge you kept your left foot flexed, but released your right when you did the other side. Which is correct? Is this just a modification? Please clarify. Namaste and much love!

This one is so good for low energy or overwhelm days. I also like the fact that you don't talk a lot throughout the practice and that you allow time to breathe into each pose. Great channel. Thank you for all your hard work.

This was incredible. My dog snuggled into my neck during the final shavasana and I felt present in the moment for the first time in a long time. Obsessed.

Love this routine! I've been a doing yoga with you for a few years, but this is the first time I've done this one! That's why I love your 30 day yoga challenge because it shows me new routines and practices that I normally wouldn't do. I have a few favorites, mostly, hip openers, but the 30 day challenge has given me new faves for sure.

This was a good practice to mark the end of the 7 day challenge. ❤ I combined this with Sarah Beth 30 min yoga stretch to unwind tight neck and hips and I am exactly where I need to be like she says it. Yes, I agree. I had a hard time coming to the mat today, day 7, but I did it! Yay! I love that about SarahBeth, no endless chatter, I'm a no-nonsense person, and her style fits my style, and she explains, and modifies. She is one of the best yoga instructors I've watched on RUclips.

I'm not sure I'd have survived today without this routine. I think I'd have had some kind of mental breakdown at some point. For anyone like me who can't nap because of sleep paralysis or other problems, try doing this instead - I actually feel less exhausted and ready to face the rest of the day. I'm brand new to yoga. And honestly, I'm picky about instructors in terms of their voice, whether they're a little "whoo whoo," or super into the spiritual stuff. These videos are a perfect fit for me! I don't even want to try other channels at this point. This is my third time completing the 7-day challenge. I THINK I'm ready to move on.I made a playlist with videos that mimic the order of this one as far as styles of yoga. We'll see how it goes...

I really enjoyed this one. I'm on a 4day training for Grief Recovery Counsellor Certification and we of course have to do the work ourselves. Yesterday was an intense day of self exploration and this 15 minute restorative routine was just what I needed. Thank you SarahBeth:) I love the longer Deep Stretch Series which is likely what I will be doing once the course is complete.

I have just finished the 7 day yoga challenge and I have to say it was amazing! I just started doing yoga and was baffled seeing so many varieties and forms that I couldn't decided when to do what? So in the beginning I did few light poses to ease my muscles and decided to take a week challenge. During my reasearch I stumbled here, I enjoyed every single day spending 15 minutes of my day with you. I learnt new poses, learnt the places I need to work on and found my strength. Thankyou for sharing this with us.

something about this was spiritual for me and it opened me up to a part of myself I always knew existed but was too scared to venture. It's crazy but I now feel like yoga can be the thing that naturally calms me down and brings me closer to myself and I think it really will help me mentally and physically.

Never knew I needed to be reminded to relax my shoulders, jaw, tongue and hips. Sometimes I just get too lost in the moment lol that I tend to hold my breathe and try too hard.
These restorative yoga asanas are really good during stressful days or when you are low on energy and when you just want to calm down and focus on the present moment.
