I wish youd make another week at 15 minutes. This really do fit perfectly in my morning routine. But I've been doing them daily for over 2 years now. What would it take to get a second 7 day challenge at 15 minutes?
This was a great way to start Wednesday morning. I play the flow at .75 speed to make sure I have enough time for each pose in the flow. Thanks for keeping me calm during this crisis, Sarah Beth. X

Finally I found a 15 minute daily practice that I actually really enjoy listening to and taking part in that is concise and straight forward and lets me just be, in the moment with no music added spiritual element, allowing me to be in tune with my practice and my own spirit. I dig it. Thank you.

Suzanne Miller A suggestion that works for me: follow your own breath and focus on proper posture, even if you have to slow down for now and miss a whole round. Speed and strength will come with practice! :-)
I have done many 15-min power yoga flows on RUclips, but this one is by far the most intense. If you have little time, but want to get your heart rate UP, this is the perfect short class ❤
i lost my house yesterday in an Earthquake in Mexico city and I didn´t give up on my 7 day yoga Challenge. So happy I just did my little yoga workout. Love it!

Hi Sarah Beth, I just want to say how much I admire you for being the only yoga teacher on RUclips to actually look decent and modest. I dont know why other instructors think that unless they reveal all, their followers wont be inspired. You dress so decently, and still inspire your students, because we dont need to see every inch of your flesh to be motivated. Keep it up. Respect.

This routine made me sweat so much but it was quite fast for me to follow. I'll prolly slow it down (like in some of the suggestions here) next time until I've mastered the poses completely.
Day 11 done! I woke up late this morning and had a rough day at work. I wanted to hit the couch as soon as I walked in the door. Fortunately, my yoga mat sits right in the corner of the living room and I was reminded I needed to get my yoga in for the day. Feeling better and energized! Thank you for doing this 30 day challenge. I've followed your videos for years, but my yoga practice has not been consistent. This challenge is just what I need. 🙂
After I drop my son off to school, I rush back to do this each morning before my chores. Only started last Thursday, but loving it. Your calm and clear instructions are really good and easy to follow. Jac
What an opener in all aspects! i start all my workouts with your yoga routines because they slowly build up the heat and open up the airways, stretch and relax muscles and just open everything up all around so I feel more refreshed and activated for the day. Better than any workout warm up or work out on its own. Love the plank to knee touches! What a great modification from down dog to knee touches from your beach bod!. Your yoga beach bod inspired me to kickstart regular workouts. Thanks so much! And I dont care what you wear modest or not as long as your workout is great!
Hi Sarabeth, thank you so much this is day three for me on a seven day journey, for me this was a very fast flow… I have extremely challenged balance, can you suggest some yoga for me to learn a slow flow on my feet… I’ve gotten much better sitting and I’m a lot stronger floor exercises, anything on my feet I’m falling all over… Thank you so much for your help.... Also not knowing flows I need SLOW flows 🙏🥰

Then after that my college started & i couldn't do my yoga further it made me depressed and i really didn't know.as we are all in quarantine ive committed my self to do and not to think as it make everything fucked up. Ive realised when you let go the thoughts in your mind which sometimes are unnecessary actually most of the time.you will start acting up and achieve your day goals. I found this really hard, almost to the point of not enjoying it. BUT, usually, I`d get very impatient with myself and upset that I can`t do it. However, I`ve been practising yoga for a while now, every day and more and more I find myself just laughing it off and moving on. When you said "gracefully" I couldn`t help, but giggle. Nothing about how I`ve done it was graceful...
Ive been searching for change, much needed for my well being. I hold myself back from empowering myself or reaching harder for my goals. I like the motivation I get through this yoga practice!

Day 3 of 7 Yoga Challenge. The hard part for me was the rocking then high plank. I’ll revisit this session again to try rocking to high plank bit. Thank you
This was a challenge mostly because I had surgery on my left hand yesterday.. i could do one hand plank and a rough looking up dog. One handed down dog. The rest wasn't too bad. I'm not skipping yoga! Great practice!

This was definitely the hardest challenge thus far. I was slow and it was difficult to keep up but the paused the video and continued my task. Honestly, some I could not do butt with practice I will get there. Thank you so much I look forward to waking up and doing these exercises.

I like vinyasa, but I think this flows a bit too fast to make sure my high/low plank alignment is correct.

I loved how this one got me breathing a bit heavier and a bit sweaty! The ab work was super hard!!!! I know what I need to work on ;)

After two hours of sleep and a few awful things to wake up to, I am thankful for the 30 day yoga challenge. This practice today was ESSENTIAL!!!
