I'm really liking this "week challenge", I'm having to try styels of yoga I usually don't try and I'm liking them all! Thank you Sarah. Oh if we could all be strong and ballanced...
This was a very challenging routine for me. I struggled particularly with the half-moon pose. No clear walls in my practice room need to get a space where I can try this out. Thanks for all the amazing detail that you provide in all of your videos. As I head into my 60s I want to be able to do yoga and not get hurt and I trust your videos because you’re so knowledgeable and conscientious as we go through the poses. Best yoga channel by far!
I've been doing the weekly routine for 5 months. TODAY I DID MY VERY 1ST SOLO HALF MOON. NO WALL. I did use 1 block on its lowest level, BUT... IM SO PROUD OF ME!! 🤗
I agree that it would be nice if you could make a 30 min level 2 of these videos. I really like your style. Calm, professional, intelligent choice and order of poses that repeats, and effective. I don't feel that I waste any time when I do your routines.
This was a tough routine. It made me realize how much I need to work on balance.
This flow is my absolute favorite right now. I can't do the transition from one legged mountain to goddess squat without a big silly smile on my face. It just feels so so right. THANK YOU!
SarahBeth, yours is the Best yoga channel! Thank you. I am 60 now, so yoga is ever more important to me. I’ve been doing it off and on for years, including many lessons with a private instructor, but I’m a natural born klutz and built tight, so I remain a perpetual beginner. I keep trying though and console myself with the knowledge that even beginner moves are better than nothing. When I can’t keep up I improvise with other poses. Doing my best! Namaste. 🥰🙏🏼

Hi Sarah Beth. My sister and I love your videos. However, we can't see what you are doing if you introduce poses on the right leg first. We're facing away from you. If I may offer a suggestion that would make your videos even more awesome: Please mirror your poses, or alternatively start with the left leg so we can see what to do first. Also, if you could insert a front view of wind-blown tree pose, that would be helpful.

pienkunicorn I'll keep that in mind for poses like tree pose. I can definitely work to incorporate a front facing position :) We usually go right leg first because most of the time it stimulates digestion as it works and compresses the ascending colon first, then the descending colon on the left side. I was worried the tree was a bit hidden, I'll figure something out :)

Maybe if you angle your mat so that your not at 90 degrees to the camera but more like 45 degrees? That might make the side poses more visible and it may help if you're angled and we're angled so we can glance over our shoulders on the right leg if we're not sure what you're doing? Otherwise we'll just get it second time round. These workouts are so cool we'll definitely be doing them often.
SarahBethYoga You could also do it just like when you put the modification, record the position from the other side and put it in a little rectangle on the side so we can see!

I’m drenched in sweat, but made it through. A little discouraging by how bad my balance is, but will keep going.

I completed the 7 day challenge with a combination of either the 10 min or 15 minpower yoga routines. Feels great!! The fact that its a challenge and had variety kept me looking forward to it quite a lot. Thank you Sarah for the wonderful sessions.
So. Much. Fun. I really enjoy balance postures and windblown tree was new to me.
This was AMAZING!!!! Wind blown tree pose = YES!!!!
This one really made me break a sweat but my intention was strength and I made sure to stick with it. Once I got focused I was powering through the last sequence. It was fun to get the picture for the pose for instagram. A little fun in yoga never hurt

This one was not good for me. I slowed it way down to 1/2 speed but my physical being just could not do anymore of this after 7mins. and I found some of these on the 7DYC difficult for someone like me with physical issues; but, Thank You for this practice and I think I'm going to search for something else this evening♥️♥️Maybe a chakra video or something else. Actually, I'm just going to wait until tomorrow to restart since it's already 7pm, I at least tried. Namaste🙏🏽♥️
Wow! This was challenging I had to pause the video a few times to keep up. I just figured I'd rather do my best than give in to the desire to stop or skip the hard parts all together. Thanks for doing this video 🙏🏾

Loved it. I agree it's tough to see what's happening on the reverse side but I love that these videos are 15 min. I prob wouldn't do a 30 min one. Love!

Just loved this and all the 7 day videos. Well I love ALL of Sarah Beth's videos, have for years! Thanks for another great video. I even got my husband doing this! I finished with day seven today! He's now on day 3. I'll be doing this a few weeks and slowly adding more to help manage my fibromyalgia.
This was the first time during this challenge that I truly felt strong and capable in my yoga practice. I'm very excited to continue!
Felt really energised after this practice and I am so proud I could do all the balancing with out major falls🤣 loads of variety in 15 minutes. I love how you organised the moves. ❤🙏Namaste ❤

My favorite so far of the 7 day challenge.
A month ago I couldn't do half moon to save my life. Now I can at least kinda stay balanced using a block for my hand! This video challenged me just enough to feel the burn but not fall behind. Love it.
Woohoo! I did Half Moon and didn't fall over like I usually do. Maybe because I was hanging onto a chest of drawers for dear life?😉 I do like this one... and am looking forward to the day I can actually do it from start to finish without "cheating" in some way. It's all good....
Love this challenge! 15 minutes is the perfect amount of time to do in the morning before getting ready for work. This has been a great experience for newer yogi. Thank you so much! Looking forward to finishing the challenge tomorrow morning. 🙏🏼
I just came from holidays.It is my first routine,since I have decided ten days do nothing for resting and relaxing my body...I loved this routine,i hve enjoyed very much!!! Thanks Sarah for sharing!!!kiss

A fun practice which showed me that I really need to fix my sleeping schedule because I was low on energy.
Gonna catch some high quality sleep and definitely do it again some time soon :)

A colleague of mine suggested I try your yoga lessons as she really likes your style.
At first, during the 7-day challenge, at times it was a bit quick for me, but I do like how you start not too fast and then make things smoother and quicker. It's like you're helping us be the best we can be.
I do wish that they didn't start right into the routine, and that the sessions were about 20 minutes long (up to 25 if you include a kind of warm-up and a kind of cool down).
I find that since you speak over the video (not while doing the exercises & poses yourself) that it is calm and not forced, and that the breathing is not interupted by your speaking. I think that this is very good for us.
One more day left of the 7-day challenge.

I will try your 30-minutes low back pain yoga next as I sometimes have lower back pain, and tight hips. I think it all goes back to an ACL operation many years ago. Makes it challenging for my right knee.

Just want to say I'm grateful for your RUclips channel. It has really helped develop my practice at home. So much more affordable then attending yoga classes often. I also enjoy the 15 minute practices like this one. So useful if I only have a little bit of time to squeeze it in. Just makes me feel productive even if it's only 15 minutes. Thanks again Sarah! I had to give myself permission to skip yoga yesterday since I had a super long work day. I still did a little meditation through the day. I am back on track!! This one was difficult for me, I will have to practice it again much slower and get props for the last one. Thank mew for the challenge!

I’m doing the month of yoga even tho I know it is a bit old. But I just want to say thank you. I love the idea and practice of yoga but I’ve never been able to stay consistent. I know it’s only day seven but this is the furthest I’ve ever been able to take my daily practice. And I actually look forward to your videos. First time doing this since last summer, and it was much easier! Still a bit wobbly with the balance poses, but better than I was the first time.
That was awesome! I'm one week into the challenge and this is great! 3 to go!

I loved your 7 day yoga challenge and repeat it regularly however I enjoy a half hour (30min) session very morning and was wondering if you had considered compiling a 30 min per day yoga challenge? :) I do mix up your videos so that I get 30 mins but love how you, with your knowledge of yoga, create such wonderful balanced sessions. Thank you for these classes. I love yoga and a beginner for about 3 months. My body is drawn to your classes. It's just enough length in time and opens me up a bit further with every watching.
Day 7 of 30 days, struggled with the last moon pose, was wobbling all over the place but so far it's been amazing!!
This was tough and quite fast but also lots of fun and a brilliant challenge.

Hardest challenge so far - haven't done this routine in ages and forgot how fun it is although I'm knackered now and couldn't hold the poses very long!
Day #6/7! Almost there. I have enjoyed this challenge a lot, it’s been nice having the practices all set out instead of me just guessing what I will work on everyday. Since I’m a beginner I’m going to continue this 7 day challenge the rest of the month. Thank you again ❤️❤️

I was excited to do the 7 days challenge but halfway through I realised that a practice which has too many repetitive flows gets a bit tedious for me. I want to continue doing yoga with you because I love that you don't do extra talking and get straight to it. So, I'll be checking out if other videos in your channel have less repetitions, which I would love to follow along. Thanks!
Great job! The purpose of this challenge was to get you on a daily practice and also give you a taste of the different styles of yoga. Check out my welcome video for the differences between the different colors. Sounds like hatha (blue) is more in line with what you like
Holy smokes, not sure if I chose a really good or bad day to restart. I definitely need a shower after this one, and realized my left leg need some work as it let me down pretty bad sometimes during this session. Guess I'll try this for the mornings as I feel more awake and energized now.

This video was awesome! I loved all the poses and their variations. I'm going to keep doing these videos to get stronger and work on my flow! My movements sometimes feel choppy, and it can be difficult to keep up with you in the videos!
Have you considered doing higher level weekly challenge? I would love to do these videos for a few weeks, then a higher level set for the following weeks. Longer videos, more difficult poses, etc...?
Also, I put some relaxing meditation music on in the background, and it worked really well! Didn't interrupt what you were saying and it broke the silence a little.
This felt so good.. I can only hope for 30 day Yoga Challenge when this is over! Or maybe a 7DYC level 2? Or 7 DYC 30' videos? :D

I agree with the previous post that it goes a bit fast. I'm not a beginner, and I could keep up, but it felt rushed. Not at all the complete practice I normally look for. Also, could use a bit longer stretch at the end. After that rush of energy, it'd be nice to have a stretch session, not just a slight twist and chavasana.
