    Enjoy this hands free 15 minute Full Body Yoga Flow with NO forward folds, NO downdogs, NO chaturangas, NO hands touching the ground, and NO inversions whatsoever. You don’t even need a mat! The whole standing yoga routine could be done in your kitchen or office during a break 😉 You'll warm up your muscles with holding poses from a “Sun B” sequence including deep twisting lunges and warrior poses, then repeat the sequence 2 more times using a traditional vinyasa "1 breath, 1 movement" to challenge to your breath, muscles and balance. Your full body will feel warm & stretched.

    “From the tree that is me, to the tree that is you” - such a delightful end, loved it. Also this was the very first video I watched from you and I still come back to it when I want to do a standing flow. This video gave me a better perspective on doing the poses where you reach up with one arm. I really like how you explained them - not just a physical instruction but with metaphors.

    So, I have a tight muscle in my lower back that has been a thorn for the last several years. I'm a new yogi and it's still full of challenges, poor balance but I'm enjoying it. I started doing this mid January daily. At the time I didn't think about it I was just working on the moves. The 2nd week in I took notice. February I started the weekly challenge you had some time back but realized how my body had changes due to this flow. So I'm going to incorporate into my afterwork routine because I think that may just release that knot in my lower back completely. THANK YOU! If I didn't enjoy your practices I wouldn't have this relief. So grateful.

    Girl! I am five weeks postop ACL surgery. Prior to my surgery I’ve been doing your yoga for about two years. Pretty much every day -at least 20 minutes. I absolutely love your videos! I haven’t done any of your yoga videos in the last 4 weeks- I’ve finally started yoga back up, along with PT, and this video was so helpful!!
    I was able to do everything- a bit modified, but I got through it. It felt so good in my body to get that back to you video.
    I loved the reminder of being grateful and over coming obstacles- I needed to hear both of those things today. So blessed and grateful to you Sarah Beth 🙏 thank you. Aloha. And Namaste.

    I love this flow! Im 7 months pregnant and this feels amazing as I wake up. I add in a little half pigeon at the end for a hip opener because i need it and I'm ready, feeling great!

    Another amazing practice! thank you in advance for this approach. Even this is a challenge as I have balance issues after brain surgery. This is a fantastic challenge to try and gain some of it back. Namaste!

    I have some elevated eye pressure and busted an eye blood vessel a couple years back in a downward dog. Just don't feel comfortable doing inverted poses any longer. This was a perfect intro to a flow that doesn't involve downward dog. Thank you!

      Still one of my favorite flows especially the tree pose that I get to spread my branches out and allow the gentle sway in my balancing reminds me so much of being grounded but flexible 🥰 just awesome! Namaste 💜

    I'd love to have some recommendations for picking up yoga again after a 2+ month hiatus due to a broken humerus, surgery with a plate and pins, and finally beginning physical therapy. I've missed our daily yoga so much. What videos are the best to reintroduce myself to yoga?

    Thank you so much. I was a little burnt out over wrist work from other yoga classes. While this had the bottom of my feet burning, a sequence like this will really help with my balance issues. Now I just need to work on a sequence to help with Plantar Fasciitis, lol.

    Loved this practice. Did it right after I got out of bed this morning and really helped with waking up my body.
    One year later: still loved it. Especially the slow pace of the flow. This is good in the morning to start the day with a focus on my breath.

    Thank you so much for this standing session. I really needed that because I have shoulders issues. I can't do chaturangas, not even the knie-cobra version, but I need to do yoga everyday. That's why I am really grateful for this totally cool sequence. All the best to you 💙
