    This made me cry today. I wasn't able to hold the tree pose on my right side, but held it on my left side. So I went back in the video and did the right side again and held it!!!! My first time!!! I cried from accomplishment and stress release from life. I cried when you said find gratitude from everything and everyone that made you what you are today. Thank you, Earth Angel.🙏🏾💖

    This routine is the perfect combo of effort, relaxation, strength, and stretch. I've done this video *3 times* over the last 24 hours, it feels like food for my body and nervous system. Please more standing videos without inversions, didn't know I would love them so much! Thank you for this video!

    thank you for this. I had hip replacement surgery in January. I have been afraid to go back to my regular yoga practice. I started here today. I am deeply grateful to be back. my life has needed this boost. I'll be back again tomorrow. thank you.

    Loved this. I get sudden wrist pain during yoga, so I I did not need to worry. Also, this routine is great for people with limited space. More standing video's please😃

    My all time favorite standing, no kneeling, before work practice. Perfect combo of stretching and strengthening, especially for knees. Love the grounding and lifting imagery. Your cuing helps me maximize full engagement in poses and centers me for the day. ❤

    Thank you for this video. I was in the hospital with my son who was warded and could not have the space and yoga mat to do my daily floor yoga so this is very useful! I found a nice rooftop garden and did this yoga routine and it helped me so much to relieve my tense muscles and state of mind from taking care of my son and working at the same time.

    This is the video that started it all. Five months in (and counting), I quickly became a "Yogi" and Sara Beth is my "official" Yoga instructor. I watch, followed, and practice with many of Sara Beth's videos, but I still come back to this video at least once a week. I like to see the progress that I made, while still noticing the mechanics in my poses that I need to improve. I cannot balance on one foot for the "Tree Pose," and it can be frustrating, but I will keep practicing. I can say I feel the best I ever felt in a long time and I will be 51 next month. Sara Beth thank you so much for improving my life and loving Yoga.

    Today I didn´t want to do my daily yoga routine, it was so hard to motivate myself. So I chose a class for which I need nothing. No mat, no blocks. Just myself. Easy to start. And I did it and it was great. Thank you!

    Love this routine. Especially love the sky warrior pose. This routine really helps dissolve the tension in my shoulders and upper back. Question, why do you call the standing squat pose "horse," and not "goddess" as you have in other videos?
