Young lady, I am 57 and have lost trach of yoga in the last many years. So now I have hip and shoulder problems and instead of surgury, I am going to get back to yoga and see if I can heal myself.
I have had a recent surgery on my wrists and I was afraid I would not be able to do yoga anymore.
so I will get back to this with a standing and a sitting series. Thank you. It makes a difference NOT to use my wrists currently. This is perfect. I thank you.

Amazing way to start the morning.
I'm traveling right now sleeping on bed mats, hard floors And lots of driving so my back and my legs and hips have been Getting a little cranky. And my shoulders 2, I guess you could say everything smiley face.15 minute Yoga routine with chock full of everything my body needed today. I'm refreshed I'm grateful and I'm ready for the next leg of Exciting journey.

I watch your RUclips channel on TV screen and do yoga. I did 15 minutes standing yoga then 15 minutes sitting yoga. Feel much better since I can’t even walk outside because of heat. Thank you for many good videos. ✌️

I loved this. Doing it a day ahead of schedule (March calendar) because I can't do it tomorrow. I love the wide leg forward bends and yes, they do feel easier after stretching out the legs. I can't get my heels down on the yoga squat. Any tips on improving that or is it just keep stretching the back of the legs, calves and ankles? Thank you. xxx
not being to bring heels down in yoga squat is really common, it usually improves with time. I add a yoga squat a lot to my videos so I think you will get enough practice))
