    I like your video because it’s a quiet one with just instructions. I like yoga with Adrianne and I don’t mind when she chats a little, but I like it when people get straight to the instructions.

    I am new to yoga and and can’t really do anything lying down or on my knees so I very much appreciate these standing practices. I would like more that ran 15 or 20 minutes.

    Thank you for this video!! I was in the parking lot of my local park trying to figure out how to stretch and decompress before a short hike without having to get down on the asphalt, and this was perfect! My body has felt so tight and sore lately and it’s been quite a while since I did a real yoga practice, this was the perfect way to get back into it 💜

    This was so nice. Really like the standing yogas. 15-20 minutes would be nice, but 10 minutes was also good. You have a very calming voice which I enjoy too.

      Hi. There me too. I am a housewife doing all chores. This effect pain on my shoulders and body, but by doing this yoga I feel better relax, rewind and energized
