I just wanted to take the time to warn people about the stretches starting at 9:35. I believe these are the stretches that threw my back out for weeks. Please be careful. Some stretches look like they will help more than hurt but some can cause a lot of pain to the point where it's difficult to move for a long period of time afterwards. I wasn't new to stretching either and had been following your other stretching videos daily for over a month and my back was fine before attempting these.

This was brilliant, I just started working from home and sitting at the desk all day is a killer, I had loads of tension in my neck and upper back but this helped! I'm gonna book mark it and use it on my breaks. Thank you!!

great thanks, sometimes these simple stretches are so good. i just realised i cant remember the last time at home or public class we did these stretches. how often do you pay attention to neck and shoulders. just when you feel the need or everyday as a rule?
I do them almost every day because they feel so good :D often as a part of warm-up before more complex yoga poses)) Sometimes during the day when I sit a lot and want to move my body a little))
