I had such a big release, I have really bad back pain which now moved to my upper back and neck and disturbs my daily life. With this stretch I literally had a big release between my shoulders and cried because of how painfully good it felt and how good it felt to feel that area have blood flow to it 😢😢😢❤❤❤❤ you’re always teaching me how to take care of my body thank you

This is a beautiful practice if you have pain in the neck and shoulders from working in front of a computer all the time.
