    You are probably one of the best yoga instructors I've found, maybe the best. I think you'd be even more effective with a less busy back ground. I feel like I could focus and relax even more with a calming background to match your amazing instructions. Take it to the next level.

    Thank you so much for this video! 🙏 My sciatica has been worse than normal all day (lumbar stenosis) and doing this has reduced it significantly. I was crying at the end from the relief. Thanks so much, Jen!

    I love all of your videos. You’ve so many various movements that are truly effective and target right onto the body parts. I rid my tightness (legs, arms, neck and shoulders) After I follow your exercises. Thanks a lot
