    Welcome, my friends. I'm Jen Hilman. Thanks so much for joining me today. And in this video I'm going to be guiding you through some simple seated Stretches for the Back, Chest and Shoulders. These are some great Yoga stretches you can do anytime of day -- sitting on the floor or sitting right at your desk. These are specifically targeted to relieve chronic pain in the upper back, Chest and Shoulders.
    Always listen to your body and only push to the comfortable level of what challenges you. Remember: it is better to avoid injury and continue your practice tomorrow, than it is to risk injury and be forced to stop entirely.

    This was really relieving for my shoulder tension. I spend a lot of time in front of the computer and sitting, and I injured my shoulder 12 years ago and never found any relief, but this video has really helped relieve the tension and pain i feel in my shoulder. Will be coming back to this.

    It was very nice ! My hips and torso are super locked and I have a hard time getting mobility in my torso. This definitely helped!🧡

    Thank you for beautiful slow motion but very effective flow.
    Only thing was missing was few neck rolls on both side to complete whole upper body opening.

    Good video except for all the ads. I'm in the middle of a pose and the ad comes up and spoils it. Please take away the ads in the middle of the video so I can keep it on my playlist.
