I have now started to do these exercises as well as the ones for lower back pain as my left shoulder is very stiff.My back and hips are doing great as I have been doing them all through lockdown in march.I now do yoga every day and feel so much better for it .Thank you so much Jen 😉😉
Due to chronic stress I'm dealing with painful pressure on my chest and neck. I've tried everything from medicines to massages, nothing seemed to help. After just two video's with Jen the pressure is almost completely gone...wow. And so now I'm practicing every evening...have to say it's super relaxing but also addicting ;) Thank you Jen!
One of my favorites; I had neck surgery about 25 years ago and this is SUPER-DUPER first thing in the morning to loosen it after a day of getting the gardens ready for spring!!
I always include this session with another of yours for a 45 minute practice. As I drive all day this is very beneficial for my neck and shoulders. Thanks so much Jen :)
One of my favorites to do, it turned out this was the PERFECT follow-up to Day 4 in your Chakra series! Kept my throat, voice open and helped me to modify so the goals in Chakra 4 will be more easily attained. Love this one!

Any stretches that can help with a slipped disc in lower back? Also suffer from Endometriosis so get quite a bit of hip, leg, sciatic pain. I also love your videos and your yoga style, your voice is super soothing 🤘voice

Jen, do you have or can you do something wrists related. Because, yes, I do sit a lot behind the computer, and I'm on a low-carb diet which makes my arms swell up anytime I eat a cookie. It gets really tight in there and sometimes even unmovable. It would help if I had some stretches for the muscles from elbow down.
