Hi Kassandra - though I still value the camaraderie of a "regular" in person class - I have really come to enjoy practicing at home with you - reasons - after a relaxing chill class such as this - I can maintain my post-class chill without a zen crushing safari into traffic I can keep the temperature and light levels just as I prefer gratis - thanks! your music selections - consistently both great and things I have not heard prior best of all - I can practice with my 2 kittens in the room - though they simply scoff and yawn at my efforts at "flexibility and athleticism" (they are the undisputed masters there) - they are still always interested it seems in watching me practice - and try to be more like them - in the moment, confident, serene..

Day 11 watching your vidoes, first night time flow and it was was very relaxing. I am not flexible, but each day feels less tense in each pose. I was a football athlete in highschool who became a dad and working contractor which all three are tough on the body. My goal is to sit comfortably with my legs crossed. Thank you for teaching
I've probably done yoga 6 times over the past 6 weeks as part of my 75 hard challenge recovery, and out of all of these you had aot of different moves all the others girls never did nd very clear instructions! Thanks

I started this practice looking to loosen my hamstrings as I was experiencing pain all night. Not only did this practice resolve my aching knee pain, I also grew to love the stretch to my neck, shoulder, low back and hips that accompanies the loosened hammies.

I decided to do yoga when quarantine started. Kassandra's 10 minute morning yoga was the first on the search list, played, and found how easy her instructions are. Since then, i never went too far when searching for different yoga stretches. Also, i discovered my love for yoga practices 2x a day, one in the morning before i start working, and one in the evening to unwind and relax my mind and body. I really love Kassandra's style. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars there

This bedtime yoga video was my first yoga workout I performed and I'm impressed with my feeling of well being even after the first workout. I'm 19 months and 3 surgeries into recovery for an open, severely segmented distal femur fracture. I'm not a flexible person and this bedtime workout is the best thing for me until I gain more range of motion. I was able to assume most of the positions and get to the end without hurting myself. I did this bedtime workout 3 times in the past 8 days and my hip pain has disappeared, and, my side to side limp has diminished noticeably. I'm going to do just this bedtime workout until I can get through it really well. I really like Yoga with Kassandra because she is very easy to follow along with. I'm going to add yoga to my gym rehab and continue to follow this channel throughout my recovery.
It’s a great series of night time stretches. I loved everything except the music! I found the beat a bit distracting, I’m very sensitive to this so it’s probably not an issue for most people. Thanks Kassandra.
I've practised this routine for three weeks and it has helped me get a deeper, more restful sleep. The routine switches off my study and work brain so I can fall to sleep easily and there is a noticeable difference in my posture as I seem to be more aware of when I'm slouching and how to correct my stance. I just started doing yoga literally maybe a week ago, and I'm so grateful I found you! You make it easy even for those who haven't done yoga EVER! I almost fell asleep during this practice because I felt so relaxed! I appreciate it! Also looking for advice, struggling with the breathing a lot. I have asthma and allergies, so taking a deep breath is a struggle for me enough. Then add allergies, can't breathe through my nose! Does anyone else have that issue? How do you deal, because I find it so frustrating! Thank you!
Very relaxing. I do a softer spine twist and bring one shoulder up because I have 6 herniated discs...I felt so serene and stressfree I could barely lift myself off the mat and had to do some energizing stretches to get up. Thank you very much. Namaste.

Very relaxing 😌 nighttime yoga. Comes with relaxing 😌 music, but too bad I can’t select a different song for each time I play the video. I got to try this. Could do this every night for a year and not bore. Guess I can search for lots of nighttime yoga 🧘♀️. Please keep the great 👍 nighttime yoga 🧘♀️ sessions coming. They’re perfect for about an hour after dinner, before bedtime. May help with metabolism and also allow the body to detox.
I haven't done yoga in quite some time since my mother's yoga studio was shut down, this was a very lovely video to help me ease back into yoga and giving myself some much needed love and relaxation.
i have not practised Ypga for a long time - Hatha was mine of choice due to respiratory issues , However, found this perfect way to re-introduce , clear , ease and pace helped . Great and easy to follow

Just what I needed, I have been struggling with back pain and pain all down the left side of my body, always a pain at night time. This stops me sleeping, so I have been living like a zombie for a kong time, this is exactly what I needed, so thank you.
I just did this whole routine, it flew by and I couldn't believe it when it was over. So relaxing, I sipped on my nighty night tea between poses and stretching... just dreamy😍
remember to also walk everyday for atleast 20m, i use to just work at the laptop and never walked or exercised and always experienced bad sleep. Sweet dreams

Very relaxing 😌 nighttime yoga. Comes with relaxing 😌 music, but too bad I can’t select a different song for each time I play the video. I got to try this. Could do this every night for a year and not bore. Guess I can search for lots of nighttime yoga 🧘♀️. Please keep the great 👍 nighttime yoga 🧘♀️ sessions coming. They’re perfect for about an hour after dinner, before bedtime. May help with metabolism and also allow the body to detox.
I haven't done yoga in quite some time since my mother's yoga studio was shut down, this was a very lovely video to help me ease back into yoga and giving myself some much needed love and relaxation.
i have not practised Ypga for a long time - Hatha was mine of choice due to respiratory issues , However, found this perfect way to re-introduce , clear , ease and pace helped . Great and easy to follow

I loved your bed time practice as it is such a fitting way to end the day after a nice flow class where i live in person. Your bed time practices are some wonderful, different, therapeutic and soothing. I am so great full to have found you online and have been practicing with you on line for two months now, but feels like two years. Thanks so much from deep in my heart.

The last few months i do yoga every night with one of your videos. It really helps me to tune in and be aware of my emotions and my fysical state. Just what I needed, I have been struggling with back pain and pain all down the left side of my body, always a pain at night time. This stops me sleeping, so I have been living like a zombie for a kong time, this is exactly what I needed, so thank you.

remember to also walk everyday for atleast 20m, i use to just work at the laptop and never walked or exercised and always experienced bad sleep. Sweet dreams
