As an older woman, I would love to see yoga videos that strengthen the pelvic floor and the muscles of the pelvic girdle. I find after childbirth, weight gain and loss, etc, that those muscles are not as strong as before. I really appreciate you ladies. You have been a consistent blessing in my life. Thank you

Hello Jen, I experience paralyzing back pain in the L5S1 area. I was looking at surgery until a friend of mine suggested yoga. I found your video on a youtube search and I wanted to let you know that after following your video every night for the past 4 days my back pain is more manageable than it ever has been. My co-workers have even mentioned that I seem to be moving better and that I appear to be in less pain. Thank you Thank You Thank You! I almost feel like a new person thanks to you and this video.
