    Good morning YogaTx Team,
    I have been watching y’all for years and I am always challenged and rejuvenated when watching.
    As an older woman, I would love to see yoga videos that strengthen the pelvic floor and the muscles of the pelvic girdle. I find after childbirth, weight gain and loss, etc, that those muscles are not as strong as before.
    I really appreciate you ladies. You have been a consistent blessing in my life. Thank you

      +Atherton Squire I was a Sciatica sufferer for almost 6 months. I tried anything on earth and the pain just didn’t want to go away. My doctor gave me so many different pain killers but nothing helped. I think I didn’t sleep for more than 3 hour every night for 5 months until I bought the book.     Hello Jen,
    I experience paralyzing back pain in the L5S1 area. I was looking at surgery until a friend of mine suggested yoga. I found your video on a youtube search and I wanted to let you know that after following your video every night for the past 4 days my back pain is more manageable than it ever has been. My co-workers have even mentioned that I seem to be moving better and that I appear to be in less pain. Thank you Thank You Thank You! I almost feel like a new person thanks to you and this video.

    Thank you, Jen. I've been diagnosed as having spinal stenosis since April last year and have been doing yoga breathing and some stretching since Christmas. I will start to incorporate some of the positions you have shown. Thanks for taking the time to make the video and for presenting in such a considered and calm way. Jim

    this was so great. i have scoliosis, spondilolithesis, and fibromyalgia and this video really helped, as do all the other videos on yoga tx i've watched so far. fav yoga channel.

    Thank you SO much for this video!! I have so much pain in my body and this definitely helped relieve the vast majority of it! I subscribed...im starting a "yoga journey"....i would love to be able to access a playlist that goes from beginner level to intermediate :).
