Good morning!! I loved his quick and easy beginners one. I have been having extreme pain in my neck back and shoulders and I just don't want to do anything lately Bc it all hurts but after this I feel energized and much less pain. ❤️
This was great, did it last night. Will do it again today. I have serious back issues right in the bra strap area. This helps, but if you could do something focused on that area, it would be great.
