I don't know if you still read these, but I had to share this: I've been having pretty much constant pain in my shoulder for months now. A massage would help for a few hours but no matter what I did, there was that CONSTANT pain. Then I discovered this video and within 3 days of doing it the pain was basically gone! All I need to maintain is do this every other day now and most days I'm fine. As far as I am concerned this is a small miracle. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

This particular practice is definitely one to save! I also enjoy how you have more "substance" in your videos with the way you approach breathing, timing, and flow. I do not enjoy yoga because of my inflexible, stiff body; but, this routine is my go-to! Like the other people say below, my upper back, shoulders, and neck have never felt so free. I feel like my posture is straighter and more upright. (And, this has also saved me from a 3 day headache). Many thanks to you! I appreciate your hard work.
