    I just love these exercises!!! I've been with a terrible pain in my shoulders and the back of my neck and these type of exercises have made my daily life way less painful. Love you Paula!!!!!

    With 4 herniated cervical discs, I follow along with a plethora of different upper back/neck Yoga videos at least 5 days a week. In all of them, many of the stretches are quite similar. Until this video. This was an absolutely fantastic approach to what ended up being very restorative yoga. I love that at no point does the neck need to be extended beyond the limitations of someone with a neck injury. When I was new to the practice of yoga for my neck, I hadn't yet figured out that with a permanent injury such as that I have, that some of the poses could do more harm than good as far as causing pain goes, and so feel your approach to getting those same areas stretched out in a way that protects the neck from overextension is a flipping god/goddess-send. Also, this is the first time Ive left a comment for any video, ever, if that speaks to how fantastic I thought this video was. Furthermore, it offers stretches of areas in the shoulders and upper-mid back that are quite uncommon. That whole region feels amazing after this video, instead of even more sore!

    Paula's yoga is better than a massage for releasing my tight neck and shoulders. Its' the best medicine and the sense of relief almost moves me to tears. I love your practices and no other yoga instructor measures up to you. Thank you for being my teacher.

    Thank you I heard from my friend who lives in Melbourne that you are still under lockdown , we are too for this past week to a lot of cities and towns also villages. There is an increase in COVID cases and a lot more testing we don’t know when this pandemic will ever end

    @yoginimelbourne I really liked this practice and "Neck pain relief yoga 8min "! A couple years ago I was searching for "sauna yoga" and until I came across your videos I had only found two sauna friendly practices. Now I have 4 I can do in there. I'd like to request you make a series of short (10-15 minute) videos that are designed to be done seated on a bench. Most sauna ceilings are low enough the you can't fully extend arms overhead. That could be a consideration, or I'd just sit on the lower bench.
