    Thank you Paula! This practice got me through almost 2 months of sciatica pain. I adjusted some of the poses depending on the degree of pain I was feeling, but it gave me so much relief. 🙏

    I’m 17 with back pain and was very skeptical that this would work in only 15 minutes but I feel so much better after this video!

    Marveling at how subtle movements such as placing the hand on the outside of the leg during the tabletop twist allows for greater release. Thank you Paula; your practices are helping me pay much closer attention to my body.

    This has been very very helpful.
    I got acute back pain all of a sudden and it was difficult for me to sit and do works.

    Oh yeah I like how you take your time the stretches are great they really do the trick I feel so much better thank you I found out my right side is alot tighter than the left but it's helping alot

    I've been getting up earlier before work to do 15-20mins of yoga to try and sort my back out before I start the day. This particular class was fantastic and I'll use it repeatedly. Thank you! Soon I will start on your back strengthening classes in hopes that maybe I won't always be in pain (and yep I've been seeing a professional and rehabbing my injury for quite a while and have made big progress)

    I don’t often suffer sciatic-like pain but last week I realised it was affecting my sleep. One run-through of this and my hips and lower back felt transformed. I’ve done it daily since. Wonderful.

      I'm so glad the practice was helpful, yes a block is a great tool if you can get your hands on one (you could even just use 1-2 very firm cushions). :)

    You have been a yoga saviour through out lockdown. This past month I have done something to my back (suspect weakened muscles have been pulled - so will definitely follow up with strengthening exercise). This session was a great relief.     It is so strange that some vidéos of 12 mn or 15 mn are making a big difference and I feel so good ; and some 50 mn videos and more difficult, I feel better but not as much !
