Thank you Paula! This practice got me through almost 2 months of sciatica pain. I adjusted some of the poses depending on the degree of pain I was feeling, but it gave me so much relief. 🙏

I've been getting up earlier before work to do 15-20mins of yoga to try and sort my back out before I start the day. This particular class was fantastic and I'll use it repeatedly. Thank you! Soon I will start on your back strengthening classes in hopes that maybe I won't always be in pain (and yep I've been seeing a professional and rehabbing my injury for quite a while and have made big progress)
