I love all your sequences, it is warm, never break the body , slow and covers the details that normal video tutorials might miss. Your online class teaches me better than many the real classes (in my experience) and again practice the same video, multiple times. I have been doing yoga for 10 years. Just a tip, if you are going to get vaccinated (whether for COVID or not), do this the night before. I just had a shot a few days ago and my colleagues were all complaining about how sore their arms were. Some of them couldn't even type on the computer properly while mine was feeling okay. It was a very mild pain, it did not bother me that much. Like, I could lift it without any struggle. Idk, but I feel like this really helped so you might as well try it. I will start doing this in the mornings too to gently wake up my shoulders. Thanks, Paula. 😊

Dear Paula, could maybe do a short tutorial about transitioning from down dog into up dog and back rolling over one's toes ? I still don't quite manage it, even following your instructions about lifting from the belly. Thanks for all the lovely practices! Carmen x

Very helpful in the morning. Does anyone understand what the neck stretch (3..2..1..) is called? "Prior" neck stretch? "Pia" neck stretch? Pnx stretch? Subtitles was not able to help, the results are unplausible.
Glad to hear you find it useful. The neck stretch is using a PNF stretch (or proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation stretch) - hope that helps! :)

Love it and I do it almost daily as my girlfriend pressures me 😂 just one thing confuses me. How to do a penis stretch ? At least this is what I always understand. Btw I’m not a native speaker 🙂☺️
