I’m a classical flautist currently in a masters program. I’m constantly practicing, rehearsing, performing, etc. It’s a strain on my body, and I’ve been having the worst tension headaches for months along with tightness in the shoulders and hands. I have chronic cervicogenic headaches due to a back injury several years ago. This practice gives immediate relief. If I wake up in the middle of the night with excruciating headaches and muscle tightness I make myself get out of bed and just sit on the floor by my bed and do this. It is hard to get up, but this definitely makes me feel so much better so I can actually go back to sleep. I also love the one for neck, shoulders and upper back. This short sequence has been a literal miracle for me! This is my go -to for instant pain and tension relief. I own a cleaning company and my upper body/neck/ head almost always hurts. I love the feeling of euphoria I get from this practice as well. You are a blessing Paula. Thanks so much.

I had a massive headache on the back of my skull for two days. I did this video and like 10 minutes in I broke out in a heat rash, all of skin and face and arms were on fire! My skin dried out and I was instantly dehydrated. I'm not sure what that was all about, but after this video and a few glasses of water my headache is 95% gone. Thank you!
Have saved this, my go-to if I’m home and feel a headache coming on, as a preventative. Also, great if I’m too late and need relief as I’m waiting for pain killers to kick in when a headache is in full force. Tonight, I did this class to wind down before starting a 28km hike with a full pack tomorrow. My neck and shoulders will thank me for 😊

I’ve had a blocked ear and sinus issues for the last 3 months. This is heavily due to working out frequently and not taking the recovery process seriously. Thank you for this video it’s the first one I’ve found which specifically targets these areas. Doing yoga consistently from now on!

I had an intense migraine 2 days ago due to my neck and shoulder tension, and since then have just had a dull annoying headache I can't kick. This 20 minutes provided more relief than painkillers
Had a tension headache that would keep me awake, and wouldn't go away with water, food, rest, limited screen time, or medicine. Did this and genuinely feel much more revived and less tension and ache.

I have been following yoga with Paula since the beginning of lockdown. I love all of your practices but struggle with the broken wing pose. I find it really uncomfortable between my very large book and the arm that's outstretched. Am I doing something wrong? Many thanks
