Your cues and style of yoga works great for me, and the combination of strengthening, mobilizing, and relaxing flows does wonders for keeping me in practice since I have a degenerative autoimmune disease where maintaining functionality is a priority for me. I grew up dancing, and I also appreciate the somatic influence you’ve introduced. Thank you for all that you do!!
