Your routines are so incredibly effective. I appreciate that you don’t have music playing. I always prefer my own very curated and individualized playlists.

I am 63 years old and have never done yoga. I recently hurt my lower back and my brother recommended yoga. Your routine has been fabulous! My back is so much better. I would love your recommendations on more yoga routines/ videos that I can do to progress, as well as how often you recommend that I perform these. Thank you!
Good on you for starting a practice! I'm glad your back is feeling better. I have a playlist 'yoga for the lower back'. I would recommend continuing on with some of those and see how they go. Here is the link: ruclips.net/video/N4sCxhNGSLA/видео.html. Hope this is helpful and let me know if you have any other questions. :)
Hi Camila, it really depends on how comfortable you feel lying on your back for an extended length of time. After the 1st trimester it is usually recommended to not stay lying on your back for longer than a few minutes. In saying this, everyone is different and some women feel fine lying on their back, so if you are still feeling comfortable to do so, you can give it a try - apart from when the leg comes across the body which is a closed twist. We really just want to avoid creating any unnecessary compression on the belly. There is actually a prenatal practice for the lower back: ruclips.net/video/bmsVXHUn0g0/видео.html You could try this one knowing it has been created with pregnancy in mind :) x

Wow, this one was tough! 🤪
My legs are longer 😁
Yes a bit tough with the longer holds! Glad your legs felt longer x :)
Is this good for lumbar (lordosis . when spine goes in)
Yes - particularly the poses done lying down on the back :)
Is this exercise safe for pregnant women ?

Nice but best at the end of the day or at night....it's too calm to do when waking up, just feel like going back to bed, now. Nice though.
Can definitely understand that - this is certainly more of a calming/restorative practice :)
Thank you Paula. xo
