Thank you Jen, that was so good! Frankly, more impactful than expected… didn’t think a 20min sitting practice will get me so buzzing and warmed up! Those exercises are interesting in how they target/work on such specific parts of upper torso. Though i am not extremely tight in those areas, having been teaching daily 3hrs on zoom for the past 10 days i’ve accumulated multiple small tension areas that this session helped identify and release. Need a repeat in few days :-) Namaste.
