Wow! Jen thank you so much for this! I have been skipping my practice often since COVID and at the same time I’m feeling my age and tightness creeping in. I am a steel worker and often have no choice but to abuse my back and torso. Also, storing stress in the hips. At the end of your wonderful session I wept with fantastic release of stress. Really appreciate your calm thoughtful guidance!
I have debilitating sciatic pain on my left leg. Jen, your videos are the only thing that helps. I go to PT, get massages and take meds. You really know what you're doing. Thank you!
Sometimes I just search your name and play whatever video pops up first. This one came up and I thought “hmm I’m not really having any siatica pain” and almost skipped it but I’m glad I didn’t and it was just what I needed. Thank you 🙏💗
Thank you so much for this routine, I was in agony but did this daily for around 3 months and it gradually has completely cured my sciatica. I had tried a lot of other yoga routines but couldn’t manage them and was on a 38 week waiting list for physio 😅. Highly recommend!

Good energy, good exercises that soothes pain a bit. 5:48 was perfect for where i got pain..Gonna keep that as a tool! today i learned. ;) What would the world be without women, and women doing yoga amongst other things ey... :) Horrible planet.. thank god for women! Wow Jen thank you so much. I think I have SI joint dysfunction rather than sciatica but the symptoms are very similar. After one practice I am already feeling the difference ♥️♥️

Hi Jen, I've been doing this video now for approx 6months, when I was diagnosed with sciatica, and OMG its been brilliant I've become more and more flexable to the point I can now get into pigeon. Now I've had my MRI and have been diagnosed with spondylolisthesis, my L4 and L5 have slipped moved forward. Are there any other posoes I can do to help. thanks Kay
ouch!! never had scatica before and was looking for some stretches as my visit to the osteopath is proving expensive. How often per day should I be doing these stretches? How long will this last for, am into m 6th week 😪😪. Thanks for introducing my to none medication pain relief.. TTFN K
