Was in japan for a few years. On tv they have 5 minute routines every 2 hours. At first thought was weird, after awhile I loved it. Did labouring work at a factory and day starts with a routine, why wouldn't everywhere do this?

I have now done this a couple of times first thing in the morning. At 5 minutes I have no excuse not to do it. I do find I have to break the pose periodically to check what the move is to check the screen.
Do you have scoliosis?
not sure if this is ok for people with shoulder pain... also no neck moves, which was a bit surprising!
