    My back hurts so bad I cant even sleep and here I am at 4 am doing these stretches desperately hoping to feel better

      Next time take a pain killer so that you get good sleep and then do this the next day. So you have a good sleep and a prevention for backpain later.
      Don't need to comprise on sleep

      @@sanamoolla1855 sweetheart you can only move when you have less back pain for that you need to take medicine so that helps at first and then from next time onwards you need to do exercise to prevent further back pain. When in severe pain you can't even move to do this execise so first make your body able to move.

    I've been doing these stretches for a few days now and I love the energy and improved blood flow I've experienced since I started doing them. The only thing that I wish is that he put a timer on screen and performed them on video for me to follow along with. Also, during the table stretch he says to keep your core tight at the end of the stretch, so I think I could have done it better knowing that from the beginning. That said, I love this video and I'm happy to add it to my morning routine. Thank you, Coach Leon!

    My gosh these are very helpful. Thank you. I get back pain from leaning over a counter doing work or cooking and these really help. I have been doing PT stretches for a tight T spine and these really add to that. THANK YOU.

    These are great stretches but you go to fast. Don’t give enough time for each side. I recommend going slowly in accordance with the amount of time that you want us to hold the stretch so that we don’t have to keep replaying the video to see what’s next or what we missed

      zee just pause..do it 3 to 5 times for 20 to 30 seconds each

      Yes, I agree. Way too fast. Also who wants to keep pausing a video when you are suppsed to be focusing on relaxing your body?

      ya if you can make a "timer" version of the video that woudl be dope! but i loved the arrows and the explanation of where the stretch should feel like and what you SHOULD not be doing so that was cool as well! Many other stretch videos don't show that

      in most cases, physio therapist are waste of time and money and most importAntly the delayed cure of the biomechanics of body.
      i suggest, u better start doing yoga, it would be very useful if u join under a good yoga teacher

    I've been having trouble with muscle tightness in my upper back for ages. Pharmacist recommended doing some stretches to try to loosen up the muscles but I've always had trouble finding stretches specific to upper back problems, I mostly find stuff for lower back problems. I'm so glad I've found this video as it's really helped a lot.

    I work as a truck driver, and I was feeling alot of pain on my upper back. The side latch stretch took some of that pain away. Now, I feel my back is upright, and I no longer feel reluctant to do computer work because of my back pain. Thanks!

    I slept REALLY wrong and woke up to my back making me miserable. I'm not 100% yet, but dang, these feel good!
    Thanks especially for pointing out the wrong and right ways to do them, and pointing to exactly where I should be feeling the stretch. Helps a ton.

    This was wonderful!! I really wsh I had a laminated chart showing a picture of the poses you mentioned, so I wouldn't have to keep hitting pause in order to hold the pause.
