Next time take a pain killer so that you get good sleep and then do this the next day. So you have a good sleep and a prevention for backpain later. Don't need to comprise on sleep

When in severe pain you can't even move to do this execise so first make your body able to move.

I've been doing these stretches for a few days now and I love the energy and improved blood flow I've experienced since I started doing them. The only thing that I wish is that he put a timer on screen and performed them on video for me to follow along with. Also, during the table stretch he says to keep your core tight at the end of the stretch, so I think I could have done it better knowing that from the beginning. ya if you can make a "timer" version of the video that woudl be dope! but i loved the arrows and the explanation of where the stretch should feel like and what you SHOULD not be doing so that was cool as well! Many other stretch videos don't show that

I've been having trouble with muscle tightness in my upper back for ages. Pharmacist recommended doing some stretches to try to loosen up the muscles but I've always had trouble finding stretches specific to upper back problems, I mostly find stuff for lower back problems. I’ve dealt with back pain for 6 years after having bad soft tissue damage to my upper back from a horse riding fall. Adding on to this that I am a violin player, my upper back pain hinders me from so much in life. I am in constant pain, often losing sleep etc, all while I’m only 25. These are great, thank you. Adding in the 20 - 30 second timer for each move per side would have increased the quality of the video. That way we can try it for the correct duration, while hearing your instructions.
